Man was the food normal. It was like looking at the McDonalds menu board and got a plate of what the hell. I almost bought 2. But looking at the price, I should have gotten 2 for the price of 1. Honestly tho, I should have followed our first thought and went to White Rhino, where I could have received that same burger better for half the price and damn near triple the fries...and on clean dishes. Endless fries ... lol.. novel idea but the time it takes even with hitting the call waiter button took so long, its like ended fries. So now that I made it home, Im making more food, so I can actually have some substance in my belly.

Weve been here a few times in the past couple weeks without incident.. Unfortunately tonight that was not the case.. Service was very unprofessional..We ordered online and upon retrieval were told that our food hadnt even been started..After a very long wait of being ignored and treated with very poor service..We finally got cold food..With lots of excuses and no apologies..A bunch of very rude unprofessional teenagers..Unfortunately probably wont be going back anytime soon!!

We had some folks in our party that have diet restrictions. Red Robins website has a very easy way that you can input all your issues and then just show the local staff what works for you or not. On top of that, the local staff here were very patient in answering all our questions. This was a great example please of very good service. Of course me, I have no restrictions and I was super happy to see a very good craft beer selection.

I was actually impressed with the set up of this particular Red Robin. We sat in the bar area which was really nicely decorated and had plenty of tvs which made it great for watching some of the College Football games that were on. The service was good and the food came out good as well. I like that you can now substitute the endless fries with other sides that you might like for just a small upcharge. Overall a good experience!

The last two times we went there had terrible customer service. No one even greeted us, had to ask to get seated. The server did not come out till I asked if we had a server. The server we had did not even apologize for the wait and seems put out that we were there. And no, it wasnt closing time. The server did not smile one time. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because the food is good.

They used to be great when they opened, good burgers, cooked the way you order them, great service by people who wanted to be there and good atmosphere. The last few trips there have been disappointing to say the least. Overcooked burgers, cold fries, dirty tables, poor service and worst of all employees who would rather sit and stand around talking to one another then attentive.

Waited an hour and a half for our food! Kids did not have a good time. Terrible placement of tables- my daughters chair was constantly bumped by people walking by she was very uncomfortable. No compensation given for our experience. Fries arent that great. Foods just ok- I think theyre more worried about their beer selection :/

The water glasses were dirty I had fries with my meal and they only gave me 6 fries and for it to be bottomless fries I I ordered more they only bring out six fries at a time. I get more fries at McDonalds than there. My margarita glass has someone elses lipstick on it so whoever is the dishwasher needs to get fired. Gross.

Simply Good Food. Born and raised in the region and after eaten at all the chain restaurants over the years, theyve got something really good going. Its better than any place youll find on that stretch of the blvd, and Ive never had a bad experience. I recommend the california chicken burger, it will change your life.

The food here is delicious and the service friendly. I go here frequently as it is one of the few restaurants that has clear procedures in place for providing a safe gluten free dining experience. There are few other places I can eat fries due to fryers being used for breaded items, so I love the never ending fries!

Arrived at 5pm. 15min wait wasnt bad. They sat us in the in the middle of the most crowded section. There is about 2in between the back of your chair to the next table. The place is a fire hazard. Food is ok. Fries and drinks are only as plentiful and the number of times your server stops by during your meal.

Chrissie was an awesome server, polite and attentive. She knew when to check on us to make sure we were satisfied. I am completely content with the level of service I received however not on the tables Chrissie waited on I noticed that there were customers not being satisfied. Go Chrissie! 5 stars for her!

I really like this place. The staff is friendly and although they may be busy at times, there is always a place to sit. Our waiter was Justin and he was very nice. Offered quick services, continues refills of fries and drinks. The chicken burger was great and so was my favorite strawberry freckled lemonade.

A server named Adrian there, he never asked me how I wanted my burger. Never asked me if I wanted to use my reward card. I lost out on two visits. My burger was well done and I didnt like it. He didnt use anything to write on and he kept taking forever to refill my drink on a Sunday night. Sorry...

Worse ever customer service, waitress got the order incorrect, didnt apologize, didnt come and check on the table or any of that. When we asked her a question she replied I wasnt the one at your table.. She got the order incorrect and by the time she came back the entire table was done eating..

Great location for families with young kids! They not only had coloring pages and crayons, but balloons and chalk boards too! The food is ok. Some menu items were great while others just ok. Our server seemed incredibly busy and forgot about us a few times.

Great for families, the resturant is open air. The wait staff is very good. Always filling drinks and refilling your fries if you ask. This is good for a quick lunch or dinner before going to the movies. They are located just behind the resturant.

Service is hit or miss....but almost always a miss. Recent visit was serve a dirty glass, asked waitress for a clean one and received yet another dirty glass...so much residue and gunk built up. My burger was barely warm.

Red Robins is a great place to eat at with great customer service! Our waitress Amy gave us exceptional customer service! I went with two other people yesterday and we had a great time. I will definitely be coming back!

Extremely poor service over 3 months at two different restaurants in multiple attempts to give them a chance. Will never go back. Food is good, until you get broccoli with a crust of white stuff on it. Go elsewhere.
