Consistency is important. Turkey Burger Grill can be awesome, great options for pork free fast food. The customer service is usually good. Great location near my home. I have been there many times and things went well. Love the turkey tacos, chicken gyros and turkey burgers- my issue is that aside from the tacos everything you order is ify, it may be awesome or may be just meh. How things are made and what goes in them changes. The gyro can be a gyro loaf or cut up pieces of chicken breast, cucumber tahini sauce or unknown white sauce w/ strange flavor. The burgers can be perfectly seasonned & cooked to perfection or you know not. They offer good dessert options. I do see promise for this biz but I dont know if I will return.

The service was fast and pleasant. The store was clean. I left the store and drove 4 blocks to my home. The fries were dark and hot, just like I like them. The Turkey burger was thin, slightly pink inside and COLD. The burger was precooked, not made to order. It had to be microwaved (the burger) to heat it up. The bun, lettuce and tomatoe were fresh. I love Thats a Burger and I was hoping this store would be as good or better because it is much closer to my home. But I was very disappointed. I wont be back.

OMG Yum and its turkey. Win win. The Turkey tips and link was delicious, but if you love fries with your sauce, order an extra side. Staff was super friendly and patient while we absorbed the massive menu. cant wait to go back and try some of the tacos. Great prices

But Im still holding until I taste all the turkey burgers in the city. Right now the Jamaican Turkey Burger is my personal favorite and I drive past 3 competitors to get there. Just call ahead because they do make it fresh and it does take at least 10

So I decide to give the turkey burger a try bad decision the burger lacked flavor and it was dry. I will stick with the best burgers on the southside of Chicago Thats a Burger
