Este es uno de los restaurante peor servicio al empleado que puede aver fui a comer la muchacha bien ama le sirvió pedí 4 tacos antes ella amable me dijo k si los hombres de la cosina empezaron a insultar ala muchacha un viejito que estaba en la caja k me imaguino k es el dueño por amargado empezó a insultar ala muchacha le prejunte y el dueño el contesto yo soy el manager yo le dije porque tratan mal ala pobre muchacha dijo k ella selo avia buscado por aver tomado la orden yo pienso que todos los empleados se merecen respeto jamás nunca volveré a este así me este muriendo de hambre y llamaré a recursos humanos e ido a otros Coculas el servicio exelente este es el único con mal servicio por este cocula pagan los demás que enrealidad tienen buen servicio

The food is descent but after what I seen tonight Im not sure if its even ok to eat. First of all, the cashier, hes an older man. Hes very snappy and he assumes Im saying one thing instead of askin to be sure, which starts an argument because he likes to believe everything he THINKS he heard. After I just corrected him about his assumptions when it come to ordering my food. Lastly, the cooks in there are not sanitary. Theres this tall kind of heavy size chef that was cooking my burrito. He had no gloves on and he had not the proper utensil in his hand to cook the food. I was very disgusted by this due to the fact that he had no finger nails but his nail was black and he kept wiping it on his red apron. As I was watching I just began to ask them why he had no gloves on. They say because they dont want the plastic from the gloves to burn on the food. Understandable. BUT! Wheres a spacular or something? I didnt argue. I took the food THIS TIME but I will NOT be coming back. Nobody is gonna care about your food like YOU do.

When I came to this every was good but before I live I other 4 tacos to go the service whit the kitchen n manager and the weitress was horrible the guys from kitchen was said wors thing to the poor waitress cause I see a old men on the phone said bad words to this lady she look like she wana cry then I came to this guy and ask were is the owner he answer Im the manager then I told him why he and the kitchen guys talk to this lady like that he said that it was her mistake that why he talk to her that why his wrong pliz dont buy here to show them that people have to treat the same way no metter who u are

I use to love to eat at this place until one time the waitress let me know that the beans are cooked in meat. I am a vegetarian so this pained me to hear. I have been basically eating meat here for months. The manager/bar staff was very rude and careless about my conern and brushed me off and told me to eat somewhere else. This was a terrible experience for me and I hope no one else has to go through anything like this with them

I love this restaurant it is authentic Mexican and they are priced very well not too expensive. They cook your food in a timely manner and the service is fast. All of the food is hot and the chips are made in house and they are delicious. They have the best margaritas they are made perfectly and all you need is one drink and you will be buzzed. I feel once you have authentic Mexican food Chipotle does not taste good.

Comfortable fast pace place. Drinks are good. Not a fan of the Mexican food they serve. The only thing I order here now is the steak tacos. I drown them in the green sauce they give out Nd theyre great. Other tacos, not so much. I recommend the Steak tacos though. Fyi, the cooks dont wear gloves when they flip the tortillas, Gross! Imagine sneezing, coughing, or freshly leaving the bathroom.

Worst Restaurant EVER!!!!!! I just left there 5 minutes ago. My tacos were sloppily but together and falling apart when I opened them! There was hair right on top off my taco and on top of it all the Cashier was super rude. Workers dont use gloves when preparing your food! Its disgusting! I will NEVER eat here again! If I could give zero stars I would.

Service was horrible.... I ordered a half pitcher of margarita and it was terrible when I asked the waiter to take it back she told me that I oredered it and she couldnt take it off the tab . I asked for the manager then she came over and argued me down then the bartender came over and tried to bully me as well... Never again will I eat there !!!!!!!!

Consistently great food - esp. the Laredo [if you like variety & excellent chile rellenos] and the liquados [fresa!]. I love that they are generous with limes and prepare good micheladas. They also do the blended limonada, which is a bit sweet but very good. Order to go or dine-in, as the expanded space is ample...

Some of the best Mexican Ive had. The atmosphere is great, the is service excellent and the food Delicious. I particularly love the Carne Asada Tacos (Steak is king). Everything is well seasoned and consistent Ive been coming here for years and they dont have an off day (Food wise) it is always spot on Delicious.

I usually carry out when I eat here. The service is good and timely and definitely affordable. Some of the best Mexican food Ive eaten in Chicago especially on this part of town (pure food desert) . The restaurant has a really nice layed back vibe as well. Definitely will be recommending and returning!! :-)

By far the worst Mexican food Ive ever had. Chipotle has better food than what you can find here. Ordered fish tacos . I get fish sticks wrapped in a cold torrilla. Plate was $10. My wife ordered beef fajitas and they tasted rancid and were just plain disgusting. I will never go here ever again.

I asked of tacos dorados and even called them ahead of time to make sure they had them. They charged me $13 for 3 tacos with beans and rice but when I got there the tortilla was fried in oil only and was definitely not what I asked. It was still soft and some parts were hard . It was nasty

The margaritas are strong & the food is good. I didnt like the beans. The steak was tender & juicy. The rice was good. I usually get the chicken quesillas & steak torta. Both dishes are delicious. The chicken is seasoned well and it is vey tender and flavorful.

Ive been going here since I was a baby good food. The servers know yur name and what u drink. Tacos are good. They are the 1st place to make the agua de horchata in chicago and the torta. Dont go to the coculas in cal city that one sucks go to the one in south chicago
