This use to be my favorite Chipotle for me and my coworkers but the way I was just treated I would never come back again the young woman on the register was very rude with a nasty attitude took my food and threw it in the bag and walked away from me knocking the food over I asked why she did that and she said thats how she does things if I didnt like it I could get food somewhere else then called me a fat ass when I was leaving out I will never eat here again and will tell my job about my horrible experience they need to hire friendly people not people who hate their jobs

This use to be the best location, but over the last year it has declined. The staff use to be super friendly, and the food was always fresh tasting, but as of late the freshness is not there, the mild is bland, the guac old, the pintos have a strange taste, and my last visit the carnitas were greasy and bland. Idk if each store has control over the flavors to that extent, or if things come preseasoned, but i will try the highland location over this one in the future in hopes that Chipotle still has flavor.

The first time I went, I got a burrito bowl as usual and the steak was not seasoned. everything seemed bland as a matter of fact. I squeezed so much lemon on my bowl just to give it some type of flavor. The second time, I tried the chicken, which was fine, but the mild tomato salsa was bad. The tomatoes were squishy and it ruined the bowl. I absolutely love Chipotle, however this one falls extremely short of the superb quality I have always received from other Chipotles.

For our Company Lunch we got the "2-meat Spread" catering for 20. Food was hot and delicious. Order packaged GREAT in sturdy lidded containers that were in easy-to-carry boxes and carrying bags. They supply EVERYTHING you need. And the SERVICE was EXTRAORDINARY. Fast, super-friendly, explained everything, and CALLED later to see how everything was. Will DEFINITELY be coming back for more (catering AND individual lunches.) Thank you Felipe and Curtis! :-)

Absolutely great. I personally want to compliment the team at Chipotle for the expertise, and kindnes, and the meals I want are always correct every time. Dealing with the public is never easy but they all have a smile and say hello and sometimes that is what counts. I remember going in right before closing and receiving a free meal for two because they ran out of a couple of ingredients for my meal.. You dont get that anywhere else.

Customer service was wayyyyyyy off my last visit...I requested rice without the cilantro and the one preparing my food sorta rolled her eyes...AFTER I COMPLAINED AND PAID FOR OUR FOOD....the store manager came out and apologized and promised to give us some kind of coupon which he conveniently was all out of!!! I wanted for that rice for sooooo long that I should have requested my money back...lord knows WHAT they did to that rice.

I love Chipotle as a brand and I love their food. This location, however, is the worst that Ive ever seen. Its been around long enough that they should have their systems down, but they dont. The last 3 times Ive gone, theyve forgotten part of my order, made a huge line of people wait so they could make a massive "online" order, and waited until I was paying to tell me they dont have one of the things in my order.

after going to this chipoltes at least once a week,i am very disappointed.my granddaughter went for us and i had told her to get me my usual,which is chicken tacos.they refused to put on the rice until she insisted.than,when she asked for the fajita veggies they absolutely refused to put them on and did not.now,that is my favorite part of their tacos.why do they ask what a person wants on them,then refuse to do so?

I am very upset with this certain Chipotle because instead of telling the customers they do not have the lettuce to finish off the meal they just do t say anything at all and then they said they could give it to me in a bowl but i had to wait another 15 minutes for that! I mean people walked out for that poor communication ! I usually dont these put this was poor service all the way

For their Halloween special of $3 Chipotle I was told that I couldnt get it because I wasnt in a costume... Seriously? How are you going to tell me what my Halloween costume is? Ive been to other Chipotle restaurants where I was just given the $3 special and not asked about a costume. Dont plan to return and wish I had just told them to keep their food.

I must say that this place has really went down. The toppings were not fresh, the lettuce tasted so horrible I had to pick it off of my bowl, and I just couldnt eat it because the taste was still there.. I rather take the drive to Highland to that location instead of eat at the location in Munster.

I placed an online order yesterday and it was AMAZING! I got everything I asked for and more! I would highly recommend ordering online in the future as I plan to. The note on the bag said it was made by Bri with a little heart, she can make my bowls from now on.

Dont bother ordering online at this location. Ordered an hour ahead of time - and they didnt start making my bowl until 5 minutes after my selected pick up time and after I got there. Would have been better off just ordering at the location.

Come in for a quick Mexican bite. You food will be served in front you. Buyer puts in what he/she wants. You choice consists of tacis, Burritos or a Bowl. You choose the meat and dressings. Vegeterian options also available.

First time Ive ever disliked a Chipotle. Chips were stale, they must have spilled salt on the rice, no fajita veggies, and carnita meat literally stretched like a rubber band. Bad experience here today
