Okay so I was recently at this restaurant and I ordered a steak medium well. So as Im waiting a couple that had been there was already served a steak. To my surprise they had a problem with their steak saying it was under cooked. I was able to see their under cooked steak as the waitress took it back to the kitchen. The steak was completely pink and red on the inside. Upon hearing and seeing this I didnt want anything to do with this place after witnessing this ordeal. I mean after all I ordered a steak as well and I just lost my appetite. As the issue was being explained to the cooked he had a attitude. This place also smells like urine too and Ill never go to this smelly place again,

I ordered a gyro egg white omelet and it was horrible. There was no onion or tomato in the omelet, and it was extremely dry. The hashbrowns were dry. I was extremely disappointsd. It was a waste of 14$. Yes, it was expenxive. I was charged extra for feta and egg whites. I didnt see nor taste any feta. It was horrible. I called to complain, and instead of them offereing me some type of compensation, she just said she would let "him" know. Never again. I advise you not to eat here. Very dissatisfied.

This was one of my worst experiences when it came down to eating at a restaurant the customer service was horrible because when I ask for my steak to be cooked a certain way I didnt receive it that way amongst other things and I also asked for a discount because I didnt like the service I was not accommodated in any way and I was told that I was given a discount and wasnt My intelligence was insulted

Quaint little diner right up the street from my loft. Food is typical diner food. Cheap for Chicago food prices, but a little high for a diner. Other than that, its a really cool spot that apparently has some history in South Chicago. Dont expect much ambiance or anything fancy. Just regular ol diner food.

It can do better.....the food is plain like hospital food almost and they opens up at 7am but their cook doesnt come in til after 9? But Im on my way to work and this suppose to be a darn breakfast restaurant????? Im calling the BBB ASAP!!!!! PLEASE DO BETTER IN THE MEANTIME

HUGE portions for breakfast! I like coming here for their pancakes...its a very small in the hole diner...friendly people and they have been around for decades. Coffee is not bad at all -- very homey. The eggs and bacon are nice and tasty.
