Came in on a Sunday morning and it was busy (which was expected). They asked how many people I had and I said 2 and they waved me over to a table and started to clean it. When the table was clean they gestured to it for me and my mother to sit down and proceeded to take our orders. After we had placed our orders, already had our drinks, and had been sitting for a couple minutes the employee that supposedly seats everyone (who also seated us) told us that there were people waiting before us and so they asked us to get up. I said in a completely respectful way that that was not the right thing to do and you cant just sit us and then ask us to get up because you made a mistake. So he then called me a liar and said that I seated myself. I said no you sat me and my mother yourself and he denied it and continued to get hostile. So I said well what do you want us to do and he said get up and wait your turn. So I said thats alright, I think well just go somewhere else. At which point he rolled his eyes and said a very sarcastic and exaggerated sorrrrrrrr-y. We left. Not coming back. Absolutely disgusted that not only would someone speak to me in that way but also speak that way to my mother. Wish I had gotten the guys name - although if I did and complained he likely wouldve just called me a liar again. Theres two other waffle houses in the area - dont go to this one

My experience was awful. The waitresses (Vita, I think) was horrible, she brought me milk in a dirty glass. One of the other waitress had to tell her to get me new drinks in a to go cup, she brought it with no luds, I had to ask for it. My food sit waiting 6 1/2 minutes. The grits were lumpy and cold and by the time she brought the waffle Id finished what I was going to eat (1 slice of raisin toast and a bite of saugage). I told her that I didnt want the waffle she told me that it comes with what I ordered, either way Id have to pay for it. I decided that what I didnt eat Id take it back to the hotel with me. By the way, the new manager took the waffle off. While talking to the manager, the hostess took my food away. Smh So after talking with the manager, he cancelled my ticket. Leaving this location, very dissatisfied and appetite completely gone. Worst experience ever. By the time, I was leaving Mr. Gordon handed me a new order of sauage. Im taking this jester and leaving never to return to this location. The best thing about this place was the Mr. Gordon.

Its a Waffle House, not fancy dining. That said, the service is attentive and friendly. They greet everyone coming thru the door, and the smiles are free. Reliable fare and decent (though not as inexpensive as Id remembered) pricing. The staff all got along with each other; you could tell the rapport was good. That matters cuz its reflected in how youre treated and the manner in which your food will be handled if folks are happy and content w what theyre doing. Try it out.

Not a good place. The waitress was horrible. She had a bad attitude and when we would ask for anything her attitude got worse. We were finished with our food before she finally brought out the ham that came with the meal. Nothing was brought out together and it was cold. Luckily we were only passing through and wont be back there the next time we pass through.

Got there and sit down. Waited 20 mins for someone to even ask wat we wanted to drink. Then 10 after to take our order. Had 15 ppl come in after us and they order and got their food before us and left before we got our food. Worse waffle house Ive ever been to in the usa.

Man that was delicious. And the have real good service here coffee was refilled and asked me at least three times the staff does a wonderful job here good service.8-22-17 had a All-Star this morning very good. Put a couple dollars in the Jukebox.

If you can catch Stacy the male cook and any waitress besides bree its fantastic. But if you go and bree is there prepare to get angry because she is extremely rude and has no sense of customer service!!!!!!

Love coming to this Waffle House on Hwy 82 in Tuscaloosa. The Cook Jarrod Davis is one of the best and hardworking and friendly. Will definitely come back here.
