I usually enjoy going to Fridays, however this night (5-16-15) everything from the customer service to the food was unsatisfactory. Upon entering the doors the host was all but pleasant. She did not greet us verbally or with something as simple as a smile and then when we were being seated the young lady didnt say anything such as "Right this way" or "If you all can follow me" and even a "I can take you to your seat" and simple grabbed menus and started walking. It was at that point I wanted to turn around and walk out the doors but seeing as though I wasnt by myself my group and I proceeded to follow the young lady to our seats. Now Im not sure whos responsible for cleaning and wiping down the table but they too, did a poor job and someone even neglected to leave silverware at the table for us. Our waiter, I believe his name was Lawrence, was pleasant. Although I could tell he may have been fairly new he tried answering any questions we may have had and he didnt seem to get frustrated, even when we did. It took roughly 25 mins for our food to come out and when I did I could definitely tell my Pasta had been sitting in the window for quite some time. I stated my concern with Lawrence and he gladly took it back and 10 mins later came back w/ another plate for me and although it wasnt the same dryness on top of the pasta there was very little to no sauce on it this time. Needless to say I was very disappointed in my usually satisfying meal. But before I get too ahead of myself I just want to say that it is, in my opinion, completely unsanitary to place the straws in your guest drink w/o any of the original paper covering the part where I am suppose to place my lips. After my guest finished eating (I was so dissatisfied I decided not to eat) we asked not one, not two, but three waiters for a member of management. It should never take 10 mins for a manager to come see about guest complaints or concerns. But when Bob ( the manager) did arrive he was very nice, listened, and took care of my problems. But I do want to say one more thing, Those floors are EXTREMELY HAZARDOUS, to the point guest should be required to wear non slip shoes. In short I wont be returning until major changes are made, but I do appreciate the service demonstrated by both Lawrence and Bob.

If i could give this place zero stars i would. This is the second time i have been to this location. And it was the worst mistake. We waited 15 minutes for a menu, then we waited another 15 minutes for our drinks which were serverly over-poured! Then almost 20 minutes later came and asked what we wanted, didnt understand what i wanted asked me three times. She then left, My son had to go to the bathroom so i took him. Oh my god the bathroom was disgusting, smelled like "sewage" aka piss, towels all over, "water" which i hope it was water, all over the floors, toliets dirty, no paper towels, garbage overflowing onto the sinks. And on top of it all the so called manager "Larry" was just walking around, totally saw us multiple times waiting for our waiter so we could order our stuff. We decided to leave after the bathroom incident, my son was sick to his stomach, we told the manager "larry" everything what happend i stated above and he didnt care. Didnt offer us anything at all, no help, no sorry, no nothing. Said he knew the bathrooms were dirty and that people were waiting long times for waiters but didnt even care. We were walking out the door and he told us to "not come on this side of town again" TALK ABOUT RACIST TOWARDS WHITE PEOPLE!!!! i mean i have a son!!! And ur going to speak slander words at us????? NEEDS NEW MANAGEMENT

Customer service was extremely horrible. Once we got seated it took at least twenty minutes for someone to ask us what we wanted to drink and just about the same to bring it to us. Then it took them another thirty to come take our order. The food didnt really take long to come but it was burnt, I asked for my ribeye to be cooked well done and it was burnt on the outside and extremely pink on the inside. I had finished the first part of my order before the rest had even come out which was the Memphis bones because they were not ribs there was no meat on it at all. They brought us the check which they charged me too much according to the price in the book but I was so ready to go I didnt care. Me and my friend wanted to separate bills which he brought us at first one check and then had to try again then it took him so long to come pick up our credit cards that we literally could have walked out and been at home and they probably wouldnt have noticed. To top it off once we left and I checked my card he ended up adding both orders to my card anyway so now were trying to figure out what did he use my friend card to pay for because he had both our credit cards ugh they just need more help in there with a lot less dingy people.

Came for a friends birthday... Went here with a party of 10. We were waiting in the lobby for over an hour. One of my friends who happens to work as a hostess/asst manager, after an hour of waiting went to find the manager to express our irritation with waiting so long and no being given an update as to our table. The new manager (Aaron/Erin) (male) rudely answered that he was responsible for other group tables and DID NOT even offer an apology for our wait. He was speaking ill of us to other staff and when we saw what he was doing, acted as if we did not catch him. We asked for his last name and he refused it, which may have been fine if it is policy. However, our server was perfectly fine. She was courteous and sweet and attentive. She enhanced our eating experience more so than the actual manager which is really sad if u think about it. Aaron/Erin did not even try to console us or see what he could do to improve out experience. I GIVE THIS REVIEW 3 Stars only because our server was so good. Otherwise I WOULD GIVE THIS FRIDAYS ONE STAR.

Like many others have said, we were sitting for over 10 minutes before a server even came over. When she did, she didnt even ask if we wanted drinks, just asked if we were ready to order food. I told her that we would like to start with a round of waters for the table as my boyfriend was still deciding. ANOTHER 10 minutes later, we got our waters and, "you ready to order yet?" We ordered 2 salads and kids chicken tenders which took over 30 minutes. When the food was brought out, my boyfriends order was wrong, and my order was completely forgotten. I mentioned I never got my salad and it was brought out relatively quickly...except it didnt have chicken on it like I had ordered. Took another 20 minutes for chicken. I was done with my salad by the time the chicken was brought out. My niece was asleep by the time we were able to track down our waitress for a box and our bill. I have been to the Orland Park location multiple times and have always had wonderful service. I will NEVER come back to the Oak Lawn location again.
