Ive been getting the super steak combo (a cheesesteak and and an order of fries) about once every two or three months for a number of years now. I noticed during my most recent visit that the quality has dropped - the fries used to seem fresh, like there was some actual potato involved recently. This visit I got the pale, obviously frozen steak fries you get at many bars and cheap restaurants. The quality of the beef seemed to have dipped as well - it was chewy and tasteless. Not sure Im going to make the trip back there soon.

Standing at the counter at 10:52am and the guy peaks his head out from the back looks at me then proceeds to go right to the back again. Is there no more common courtesy these days? or how about just plan old customer service? will not be eating from here anymore.
