Let me preface this review by saying that i have been to numerous Taco Bells and this particular one several times and this has been the only bad experience ive had. That said it took me 3 minutes to be served with nobody ahead of me in line. Not only that but when i ordered my 3 tacos with no sour cream, 5 minutes later i was given a taco and a crunchy wrap. When i told the guy working there this he exchanged the crunchy wrap with two tacos, giving me 3 tacos. When i returned home i opened my tacos to find all 3 tacos with more sour cream than i have ever seen in my life. Its a shame that ive been there over 20 times and this experience will shape my review the most.

The service at this restarunt is bad. The employees give the impression that they just want you to take your food and leave. They charge an extra 25 cents for each sauce you get. The store is dirty, the tables and floors are sticky, as well as beat up walls, and peeling paint. The bathrooms smell awfull, are barely maintained, and are all around a dump. The store is run entirely by Indians, are difficult to understand, and are very bad with people. Even though this is the KFC/TacoBell i grew up going to, i will not be going back any time soon.

Tried to go here a few minutes before the dining room was closed at 10pm, and the doors were already locked at 9:58. Online it says they are open until 1am in drive-thru, so I got into the drive-thru at 11:55, and hear "Im sorry we just closed", I mentioned that it says 1am, they said that that was wrong and it was 12. I still had 5 minutes, but they insisted on being closed. This place needs better management if this sort of thing is going unnoticed.

This place has been slow ever since they got knew management. The last few times I went they got my order wrong after a long wait. Then the most recent time I went I made sure to mention that they had messed up my orders before it then took over 20 minutes to get my food from ordering and they still got the order wrong. Its gonna be a long time before I head back.

Every time Ive been here terrible service, rude employees, your management is so incompetent anything would be better than them. They have messed up my order and made me pay to fix it. Given me completely wrong food. Left things out of my order every time and given me slimy nasty tacos. Poor excuse for a business.

If I could give this Taco Bell zero stars, I would, constantly under staffed, usually get my order wrong or missing something. Tiles on the base board of their ordering counter are falling off and mold where some have fallen off already. I will drive farther for better service and a clean restaurant.

This place is terrible ever since they got this Manager they get my order wrong every time and it takes forever I wish I could give it no stars its been weeks of bad food that takes long and they dont give me what I ask for but I still pay for it

This Taco Bell has a 20/1 rule. Which means you have to order $20 of food to get one singular packet of hot sauce. This easily the worst Taco Bell Ive encountered in 25 years and across 16 different states. The owners are cheap and disgusting.

The ladies were ruden and disgusting!! Didnt use gloves to prepare my food then when I had her make my food again she had an attitude. Said they didnt need to wear gloves because they were franchise!!! Worst experience ever.

Food is fine, but the cashier around lunch is very rude. He interrupts you multiple times while ordering. Very slow service too....fast food, huh? Facility is falling apart. Taco Bell is awesome regardless.

Awful. I asked for potatoes but they gave me chicken which made me sick. My other order was all cheese the burritos were falling apart and werent even folded at the ends. It was a disaster and tasted awful.

Very disappointed. The food from Taco Bell and KFC was bland and the drinks were watered down. This food at this location did not taste like other locations. Waste of money!
