Slow service, incorrect orders, and just recently closed at 8pm on 7/14/2015 to install new equipment. Normally I wouldnt have minded, however I was in the drive through line at 7:52 behind two other vehicles. One was at the window getting food while the other was at the order box. The car getting food finally got their order and left while the other guy waited to place his order. He then sped off after about 3 minutes..... "what was that about", I thought as I pulled forward to place my order only to find the sign on the speaker box telling me they were closed at 8:00 that evening. This was after I waited a total of 12 minutes in the drive through!! I was there prior to 8 along with the other guy in front of me who obviously wasnt able to place an order as well. When I pulled into the parking lot to go into the building and express my complaint, the doors were locked. There was another family trying to enter the building as well and one of the children started crying saying that they wanted Taco Bell and they were hungry. Not only was I annoyed, but this place made a hungry child cry as well!! NICE JOB GUYS!! NEVER GOING BACK TO THIS LOCATION!!!

Waited in the drive thru for fifteen minutes this evening. Super long line. Got to the speaker and no one came to take my order so I drove to the next window. Normally someone will ask you to hold a moment if theyre not ready. I told the gentleman at the window that I didnt get to order yet and he grabbed, what I assume to be, his manager. His manager came to the window and says "You didnt order at the speaker?" I let her know that no one came to take my order so I pulled up to the window. She then proceeds to tell me with sarcasm in her voice, "Thats funny since everyone before and after you was able to place an order at the speaker." I was caught off guard completely and told her that that was rude to say to her customer. And then she proceeds to try to clarify her statement as it doesnt make sense that other people placed their orders at the speaker but I didnt. I left with no quesadilla but plenty of sass.

Worst service out of any Taco Bell Ive ever been to. This place is garbage and the workers have no idea how to perform the simplest tasks. I ordered my food and ended up getting mostly lettuce and cheese wrapped in tortillas. They also compressed my 5 tacos and a quesadilla in a tiny bag. It is definitely a HUGE mistake to ever go here, I would highly recommend finding a different Taco Bell.

You would almost never have a long wait here. They ALWAYS ask what sauce you would like to have (hey its important; LOL). The management always seem to hire a super friendly & knowledgeable staff. Promos are always updated. Food is hot. Drive Thru closes at 11PM...my only gripe.

Food was cold and soggy like the tacos had been sitting around for awhile. Taco shells were cracked and broken. Soda was all carbonation and no syrup. Very disappointed!

Compared to other Taco Bells, this one could use a little love. Its menu is slightly more limited since it shares space with a KFC, but it does the job.

Its unfortunate that I like Taco Bell because this is the closest for me and its terrible. They are very slow and orders are consistently wrong.
