Horrendous service. Only one person in line aheady of us and we were asked to repeat our order twice from the box (we ordered 1 nacho, 1 chrunchwrap, 1 quesadilla and 2 drinks.)and yet again at the window. The lady didnt even give us a total, just took the card. Cant event taste the nachos or the quesadilla, they taste like straight oil. I have NEVER had a good experience at this taco bell, not even sure why we keep trying to eat at this location. Go to taco bell and love the taco bell, just not this one.

Where do I start...the staff making the the food argued with each other the whole time. Couldnt figure out which ticket they were working on. I waited five minutes inside for someone to come to the front desk to take my order. The guy at the front desk was as intelligent and dopey as eyeore. Food took 10 minutes to make and it was cold....we ate inside. Most unenjoyable meal by far. This staff needs serious help and training boot camp.

Ive been in the drive thru line for over 15 min and I actually called and asked what the hold up is and they said the person in front of me ordered 25 items I said cant u ask them to pull up and bring the food out to them and take car of the rest of the people and they said no, that is ridiculous!!! Every other fast food chain does that!!! And if your next in line you cant get out because your stuck in the line by the path!!

Went to drive thru, was asked by server if we were ok with "a ten minute wait and we are out of beans" not sure if it was the being out of beans that made them have a ten minute wait, or that they were out of beans, or if it was unrelated, but pretty crappy anyway. Decided not to wait because we didnt understand what they were asking for. What a crappy taco bell.

Come here often, as I work in the area. Ordering is usually quick and painless, but 9 times out of 10 Im left sitting at the window for several minutes waiting for my food. This is typically during lunch hour, but the place is rarely packed enough to warrant the delays. Ive come to try out the new breakfast offerings at 8:30 am, but the place is not open yet.

My wife and i where treated terrible only be use they got the order wrong. The employee fixed the order and threw the bag into the car and told us to never come back. She also mentioned we caught her on the wrong night to mess with her. Please fix this. I do have a recording of this incident. I dont want to go take the proper actions.

Waited 16 minutes in drive thru for 7 items. 2 of 7 were missing. Waited another 8 minutes for them. when I got home, 2 of my 3 cheese roll ups had NO cheese in them and my nachos had NO cheese on them! Poor service and unfriendly staff. Save your money and time. Dont go to this Taco Bell. Worst one Ive EVER been to

Horrible service my husband went to buy food for me and they said they were out of beans. How are you out of beans especially if you are open for another 3 hours! This is the first time we went to this location and the last. My husband drove all the way to the one on Barrington rd where they have the best service.

Im done with this place, never again. Always mess up my order and the rare times they do get it right its put together with such little care it looks disgusting. How does Gordita sound like hard shell taco? Unless theyre hoping I dont complain and they just pocket the money? Worst taco bell Ive ever been too

My mom and i have been going to this tacobell ever since i can remember...we have always had great service and friendly staff. While sometimes the food will take 5-7 minutes to come out, we really cannot complain. Absolutely love eating from this tacobell

Poor service, unfriendly staff and super slow service. Spent 45 minutes in the drive through with only two cars in front of me. Person running the drive through was texting, and couldnt be bothered...this place needs a manager that cares.

EXTREMELY slow staff! Im sitting in the drive thru and watching them ignore customer orders. Took 12 minutes for 2 grilled stuffed burritos and thats after 6 minutes waiting in line to get up to the window
