10/01/2016 Dinner time. We arrived at 6pm, my wife ordered a drink, but before the waitress wrote down her order or mine she said she had to check to see if they had that.....even though it was on the menu. She never came back, we got a second waitress that took down out appetizers but left as before we could give her our entree order and we tried to call after her. Finally a third waiter came to our table and took our order, it was about 620pm now. By about 640 our third waiter said he was going to check on our food. Never came back, it wasnt until about 7pm when I got my food.....and only me, after an hour my wife still hadnt gotten her food. I ordered the chicken dry hot plate. It looked good, I wish I could say it tasted good but cant really say. Because as soon as I put a piece of the chicken in my mouth, I bit into and shattered a chicken bone, which caused me to spit it all out and spend several minutes pulling bone fragments out of my mouth. What I had discovered is that they had cut the chicken in to pieces, with the bones still in. So to eat it, you were required to nibble off the little bits of meat on the tiny bones. Which I was not going to do after almost swallowing and possibly choking on the tiny bones. By 720, my wife still had not gotten her, food. We asked a fourth waiter for our check and explained the issue. The waiter told us that my meal was offered in boneless....which was nowhere on the menu, nor did the waitress explain or offer it. The menue provided nothing except the name of the food too. The fourth waiter named Jim was able to get my wifes food to go and took 10% off our check. (They should have taken off the entire item since I hardly touched it) Jim was the only saving grace. We will not be back

Most terrible experience of my lifetime; I don’t recommend at all. Severely understaffed, staff not trained correctly complete ignorance of customers. We been seated and nothing for 10 min. I had to ask for menu, no one came to take an order for another 15 min, I had to ask again. Finally order been placed and nothing for another 15 min, no drinks, no soup, I asked again the waiter said they cooking the soup for each order (that is a lie). Soup and tea arrived after another 10 min, main dishes was brought with no rice I asked for rice the waiter said yes and walked away serving other people we asked another waiter – success . Ask for water to be refilled the same story as with rice finally my wife went and grab water pitcher by herself. Appetizers arrived after we finish main dishes. My wife is szechuanese and she said it’s far away from original taste, for me not good either. They were very quick to collect money tough. Complete ignorance dont go there!!!! Total time before we got the soup and tea 50min. Do they have some problems serving white people?

We came on a Friday. When we arrived, there were only a couple of tables occupied. It still took over 10 minutes to get a waiter. By that point, we already knew our orders. He asked what we drink we wanted, and tried to run off right afterwards. I called after him and managed to tell him our appetizer before he ran off again. No waiter returned until 10-15 minutes later when they brought our potstickers. Before that waiter left, I made him take our dinner order. We got our food about 15-20 minutes after that. The food was COLD. I wanted to say something but by the time they came, took my plate and probably just put it in the microwave, that would have been another 15 minutes Im sure. We still paid $50. Horrible service and the food wasnt anything better than your average chinese take out. First and last time coming here.

I never leave reviews or comments.. But I am so very pleased with this restaurant that I had to leave a review as I finish my meal!! The food is fresh and wonderfully prepared!! But what really stood out for me was the amazing service! Ive worked in restaurant/service industry for many years and our server, Simon, was one of the best servers I have ever had. He did such a great job taking care of our table of 7 people! We never once felt like we were waiting for anything and we had everything needed! This was our first time and we all really enjoyed our time here! Congratulations on your first year of business and we all hope you have many more great years!! - Thank you all from the Soriano Family

We had seen negative comments on here and almost didnt try the restaurant. We realized the negatives were all older comments, the newer ones were more positive. We decided to ignore the negatives and go. We are SO glad we did. The food is amazing! Very authentic! Its a beautiful restaurant and the staff is so friendly. We met Max, Sandy and Mandy, who were all very outgoing and welcoming. We highly recommend Szechuan House.

I just called first time having a delivery order, the lady was super nice and helpful. I had forgotten to give my apartment num after I had hung up. I called back and let her know my mistake and cheerfully she took my info. Love this place. When I dine in for lunch they are always so fast.. love love love this place

The place is really nice inside,but the food is too fat ,i had a feeling that they put a bottle of oil in my plate,l even could not feel how taste my food,the chicken taste really weird. They have a large menu but the servers don t know too much about it.We definitely would not come anymore in this restaurant.

This is the most authentic Chinese restaurant that I have found in this area. My dad love this place so much that he ate there 5 times in the span of 3 days when he was here visiting me. He said that it tastes just like the food in China. I agree with him. It tastes like the food that I remember as a child.

I hardly ever write reviews, but I wanted to save someone else from having to eat here. We waited for delivery for over an hour and a half. I wouldnt have minded, but the food was all but inedible. Spent 40 dollars, and my family is still hungry. Would never eat here again.

Great menu… Worth every penny But watch out if you are sensitive to spicines… Would have given them five stars but they dont do the lunch specials on sat& sun. And they only have large menu items no small/held serving. Personally I would prefer a large 95% of the time…

This was my first time going and the experience was mediocre. The host took 10 min to take my to-go order and then got my order wrong after I told her 3 times. I enjoyed the rice and egg rolls but Im not a fan of spicy food which is what I received.

Easily one of the best Chinese food restaurants I have ever been to. The crab rangoon is so good. The dumplings were delicious. Overall, just such good quality food. Not too greasy either. Absolutely outstanding food. Cant wait to go back!
