Ive been a fan of MBurger since I was in high school back in the city. Great Food and Great service, back in chicago. Out Here, Im not to impressed on. Now, Im not saying that all of the workers are bad because I know a few that I told individually that they were awesome and great at what they do. I work in customer service, and I know for a fact that it can be a real challenge trying to please every individual, because in reality you can not, but what I do know is that effort is what I like and to be frank, I dont see much effort. I recently ordered from here on Friday (8/5/16) and the delivery girl was not the best. She looked as if the world was about to end and a bit clueless. I spoke to her and she didnt speak back. Just being rude and usually when someone speaks to you, you speak back... No not this one. Then she got the order wrong and had this to say"They should have checked the order before I came down here"; now, I dont understand why she did not check it before she came here because once I told her what I ordered, she seemed as if she didnt want to go get it and come back... So I was not to impress friday, but because I am lover of MBurger, I will be coming back, but all Im asking and telling you all is that your employees need to get it together because its not cute how they are acting. Also, could you all fix the phones, they barely work and no one answers for like an hour

First I would like to say I enjoyed the burger and fries. Would I eat again? Yes, I would. However, there was a lot of strikes going against this place. I asked the employee what is the patty weight? 1/4 pounder, 1/2 pounder? She said it was 1/2 of 1/4, I said an 1/8?? She said yes. Okay, well I guess, I am ordering the double. Whatever that weight was? We dined in. I did not care for how the burger is half wrapped. Without a plate,or tray I had to unfold a napkin and place the burger on that. I saw other customers do that too When I took the wrapper off, half the cheese was stuck to the wrapper. The burger was tasty but I think it needs a more dense bun to support everything that is in it. As far as the fries, no complaint there. Reminded me of thicker shoe string fries. Drinks: No ice tea in the fountain, no one drinks soda pop anymore. The only drink for a diabetic was diet cola (which has caffeine) and water. Hubby was not pleased about that. Seating was kind of awkward. There were only 3 booths that had a back rest, the rest were benches or stools. So my last strike was, as we were leaving I bet my husband that the cashier would not know. So I asked her what the "M" in M Burger was. She smiled and shook her head...."I dont know". Yep, that was our dinner.

Terrible. This is a reminder to myself never to go to this location again. Food was only ok. Fries were ok. The worst part was when we asked for extra crispy bacon and got "ok" as a response which means they heard me. Instead what we got was an extremely greasy burger with just normal cooked bacon which looked like it had been sitting in the bottom of a container because it was so greasy it lay in a deep pool of grease on our burger. Im expecting grease but considering the bun was on the bacon and youd think the bread would have soaked some of the grease up but it was so saturated. When I asked why the bacon at not been cooked crispy the response was: "This is how we cook it." This is not an acceptable response after the order has been filled. I am not unreasonable. If the server had told me that they cannot cook bacon extra crispy then I would have simply asked for no bacon. The server did then offer to make it more crispy and brought some more bacon to our table, with an attitude, and by then I was just done with the whole situation so I didnt even eat the bacon and barely ate part of the burger.

Saw a picture of one of their burgers online and was excited about trying out this burger place. Was very disappointed. First the girl ringing up our order was not all there .. with a blank stare on her face when we were asking questions. Then she got our order wrong, only gave us 1 order of fries when we had asked her for two orders if fries and we even confirmed it. Then they made me pay for another order of fries instead of just giving them to me since it was her mistake... Finally I sit down to eat the burger and was very disappointed. Looked and tasted very plain and ordinary. Not what I expected at all. Fries were pretty good though. Definitely not coming back and sharing this with friends.

I was excited to come here after seeing some photos the food looked great. I will admit i was hesitant after reading the reviews but I still wanted to give it a shot. i was very underwhelmed. Burger was very simple and plain for the price. Food isnt bad but definitely not worth the price. summarizing it in one word, disappointment. I am always willing to pay the price for quality food but this is definitely not it. Maybe the Chicago locations are better? I certainly hope so.

Place was dirty and very disorganized. I saw a woman with a baby in a stroller trying to carry her tray outside while pushing the stroller. She couldnt get the door open and there mustve been at least 5 employees standing around. No one helped her. If youre going to charge $10 for a hamburger you might want people to feel like they actually care about their business. Burger was okay. Shakes are too small. Cheese fries were crummy.

Terrible. At the height of the lunch hour, not only did they get my burger wrong, but there were 3 employees just standing around gossiping about another employee. Loud enough and right next to the soda dispenser so everyone could see and hear them. These employees set a terrible example, and one of them appeared to be in charge.

Food was good place was very dirty garbage all over the floor and tables , ketchup was all over counter with a plastic wrap so they dont have to clean it up correctly. Staff looked like they were doing me a favor . They need to cleat up there act . I took pictures but I cant find a way to post them .

The Mburger fries are enjoyable. I like to get some quite often since it is conviently located. The customer service is usually average however, when i went in today I was impressed with Jennifers customer service. There needs to be more employees like her. It was a pleasant to-go experience.

The worst place!! They forgot about my child plain cheeseburger for over 20mins. They serve everyone else. They were so rude, when I ask for my money back. Never again, they need people who appreciate having a Job.

Great friendly atmosphere definitely the spot to grab a bite or ice cream as a group solo or date night. Awesome walls you can write on and make the M BURGER part of your day with a comfortable social environment.
