Five stars for service. This location has great servers who work hard. 1 star for food. The kitchen staff suck. Cold burgers, cold limpy fries, still frozen food items... An assortment of mistakes masterfully played by well practiced experts of dysfunction. Bonus negative stars: they remodeled this location but didnt fix the mens room which is in disrepair.

Burger was good but horrible fries & service. Even requested more fries (since ours were hard & some not fully cooked) and after 20min.& being informed on how to pay, we still never received them. We were informed 5min before leaving & paying, that the fries were "almost done". Never returning & informing others not to waste their time & money here.

By far worse experience in my life me my wife and son sat at our table for 45 mins and no one came to even bring us our drinks people around us sat after us and got there drinks and food we ended up leaving Im not one to pull the race card but we were the only blacks in there and really think that have a lot to do with our experience....

Ordered water and got watered down sprite. Ordered butter with my broccoli, but they dont have it. (What kind of eatery doesnt have butter?!) Service was slow, but not because they were too busy. There was a lot of staff not doing much. The only reason I gave it 2 stars was because my mushroom burger was excellent, though small.

90% chance you will either experience Rotten Service, Wrong Order, Raw Food, Frozen Fries, or Foreign Material in your food. Save your money go somewhere else! Havent had a decent experience here in long time!

the food was good however service was slow. not because they were busy, there was about 12 people in the entire restaurant including bar and it took 20 minutes to get a simple refill workers dont care

Ordered a horrible burger that I didnt end up eating. I guess the fries were ok. Manager didnt charge for burger when he noticed I wasnt eating it. Food sucked service was good.

Love this location. We go here regularly. The food is usually great, though they have a tendancy to overcook the burgers. Their clams arent very good either.
