This place was awful. Our appetizer came out at the same time as our burgers, and the food was cold when we got it. The fries were mushy and ice cold like they had been sitting out for hours. The burger buns were stale and the burger itself was also cold. When we told the waitress everything was cold, she never once apologized or tried to make it right. The manager treated us like we were the problem. Im sorry, but Im not paying $16 for a cold burger. Especially after waiting a half hour for a table, and another 20 mins for the food to be served. We ended up not eating, and paid for our drinks only. Left starving and seriously disappointed.

I write for a food magazine (surprise!) and hands down, this is our favorite. Its a bar, its a top-quality burger place; its got outstanding salads and everything in-between. Never been disappointed AND when we first ried PRIME, my wife had a salad, I had a burger and when they heard we were sharing, brought extra plates and cut the burger in advance. Seating at the bar is good, so dont need to wait for a booth. Excellent servers. Take this from a guy who has tried the best and the worst: If you only do one deluxe burger, make it one from here. They are GREAT!

Very good burgers. I had the build your own option. My burger was very good my my friends chose from their already prebuild options and they all said burgers were outstanding. You have to try the shakes! Delicious!!!!!

The food is great, the shakes are great, but the service is always slow. Take a drink order and it takes them 20 minutes to get it to you. Some nights you wont even get your shake, and others the right shake.

The burgers are always amazing. I go to GVC for only the burgers. I dont gamble. Thats how delicious they are. Plus the shakes are great. And the fries are splendid
