In this particular location, the staffs customer service was just unacceptable. I had walked in with my boyfriend with only one person in front of us and the lady taking our order was very inattentive. She had multiple bowls of rice on the counter, confusing her poor co-worker that came to our rescue. After being sent off to the inattentive one, she kept asking what salsa I asked for and after finally getting TO the salsa she got the salsa wrong. Mind you, this is a simple burrito bowl, no flips or hoops so.. wtf chipotle? Now I have my food at the counter and I realize they are serving people around my boyfriend (just a burrito).. I had to wait 10 minutes after I paid for BOTH of our meals for him to even get his. The staff was chit chatting about how "messed up" she was/felt, while another was burning meat due to distraction. I mean, no one seemed to care about the customer. By the time we actually got our food, 2 people paid and left between our 1 order. By the time we received our food, it was cold. The experience was a terrible one, if I could give 0 stars I would. Will not be returning.

Wanna pay over $8 for basically no food, chewy meat, and hard rice? Yeah, neither do I. But, thats what you will get when you go to this location. This location has been open for years, I used to go here back when I was in high school 4 years ago. They had great food, incredible service, and a fun environment. Wow, how things have changed! I went here last Saturday expecting the same service, and it was terrible. They cheaped me out of my burrito bowl, and when I sat down to eat it the steak was incredibly chewy. The rice was hard, and they filled so much guacamole in my bowl so they could replace that they didnt give me the right portions. Not to mention the kids behind the line tossing my food like it was nothing, and basically pushing me out the door. I get speedy service, but dang. I pay for your paycheck, show some respect. Never returning here, also the place was a mess. Completely unsanitary, and there was over 10 employees there. What the?

If i could name the smug person who single handedly rimmed the visit, i would, but the employees never have name tags. Ill say what he did. He messed up our order. No big deal they offer to redo it. Then tells us to hurry up theres a line. This ous not or problem but mr snobs for being completely inept in this extremely simple job. No apology, i did use words a two year old could understand and he still messed it up. Then insults us. This is our favorite chipotle but i sure will think hard and long before considering coming back. One person ruins everything even though everyone else was perfect.

I had a brain fart and accidentally went to this location even though I have had the same poor experience repeatedly. The portions are so terribly off. Three scoops of rice, one scoop of beans, half of a serving of meat compared to every other Chipotle location (I have been to over 10), more sour cream than you can imagine, salsa serving is adequate, and a small sprinkle of cheese. Dont get guac unless its on the side either. I love guac, but I dont need there to be so much to make up for the small portions that its the only thing I taste. Long story short, go to the Dundee location for the best value.

Ive been in line for 15minutes, there are about 9 people ahead of me. Only two people taking orders. This is not the first time this exact thing has happened. Its 6:46pm on a Tuesday night, its not a rush, its simply bad management of employees and a disregard for anyones time. Ill be writing to corporate about this location. In the 15 minutes Ive been here, 3 people decided the wait was too long and left. The food is amazing, the staff is less than remotely exceptional

Complete Garbage!!! The lunch staff are unfocused and dont seem to care about the customer. The counter staff is distracted by conversations they are having among themselves and cant remember what you ordered. The portion sizes are unbalanced and in turn doesnt taste good. And if you come as a group be ready to wait. It took 15 minutes to get 1 burrito and 1 burrito bowl I would never recommend going to this Chipotle

Life hack for the double meat lovers: place the order for your burrito bowl and choose the meat you want. Once the server is done with the first scoop of meat and is ready to move on, change your mind and say il take double meat. That way both scoops are hefty and not shysted. Other than that the staff here isnt friendly nor hard to deal with theyre just extremely passive focused on the next order.

The food was okay. I got a chicken bowl. Not all the pieces were good. I had to take some out. My brother got the steak bowl. The steak was like chewing gum. The service was slower compared to other chipotle. It took them a while before I got to order. I like chipotle, however I will not be back to this location.

Today, I felt the portions were small. Im a big guy and I can eat, but today my youngest didnt feel like it was enough. We ordered chips to go with our burrito bowls and they were stale. The cleanliness was ok. Watching the worker push the rice into the floor didnt impress me. Will be back but when, ???
