I recommend Torta Cubana to anyone that hasn’t tried Mexican sandwich before. This sandwich is very flavorful, it comes with sausage, jam, chorizo, beef milanesa and egg served w/ tomato, lettuce, cheese, beans and sour cream. The egg is over medium, and everything seems to mix in so well together. The sandwich is already pre-cut in half for your convenience, and the portion of the food is good. Also, their french fries are pretty good, too. They are not hand cut fries, but man they so are crunchy compare to average french fries that you would normally eat. I have been to this restaurant at least five times already, and it has always been a positive experience for me and my friends. I always go there during lunch on weekdays, they can be a little busy. You will want to get the lunch menus if you go there for lunch because it’s cheap, and delicious! Once you get yourself seated, you will be greeted with a waitress offering you what to drink and they are very knowledgeable on the stuff on the menus. The atmosphere of this restaurant is very casual, it has TVs and there is also Mexican music playing in the background. The restaurant is not big nor small, and the speed of service is about average. The waitress will come by from time to time to ask if you need anything (i.e. more water). My overall impression of this restaurant is great, and I would definitely recommend this restaurant.

I would put no stars if I had to. Came to this place with my cousin the guy asked us if we are dining in or carry out we said dine in so he told us to have a seat anywhere. We were sitting for about 15 mins and no one ever came to give us a menu or ask us to get started with a drink. The people that got there after us had already been attended. So we decided to walk out and NEVER AGAIN! I dont care if the food is good or not, customer service should be everything too!

I have tried there food and was ok with it. What Im not ok with is the customer service and their phone staff being extremely rude and not getting the order right. 3 times i had to return to get pick up my correct order and that is not acceptable. The other night I got into a argument over the phone with the lady who took my order because I wanted her to repeat it to me so that I know they had it right. I ended canceling my order that night. I DO NOT recommend this place.

I use to come to this place and never had a problem. I went today and I could not have been more let down. tacos, nachos and burritos were good but the cebollitas, sope and chicken nuggets were nasty. The oil was old ad the nuggets tasted like fish, this even happens a mcd but who in there right mind deep fires cebollitas and sopes??!! This was disgusting and such a insult. Never going back and would not recommend it.

Their food is awesome. Its as close to authentic as youll get around here. And they deliver SUPER Fast. Highly recommend the steak tacos and the guac- good stuff! It has gotten a little pricer- which stops us from ordering there all the time, but its so good. They used to be on GrubHub and you could order online- which was awesome, but for some reason theyre not there any more.

Prices are a little high but the food is delicious. Ive been here about 5 times and have loved the food and service every time. I recommend this place to anyone wanting genuine Mexican food, as well as warm and inviting hospitality! Im getting ready to move and will miss this place, but if Im in the area ever again, I will be coming back thats for sure!

Really dig this place. We recently moved from an area with tons of great Mexican and have been searching for a go to spot. We think we found one! Weve tried Los Arcos about 3-4 times now and have really enjoyed the quality. We have tried a variety of tacos, burritos and apps, everything has been at a high quality.

Great Mexican food! Hard to find good Mexican restaurants now a days, but this place has great authentic food! Their staff is very friendly. Overall... it we had a great experience! I highly recommend this place!

Ive order from this place three times. EVERY SINGLE TIME they have gotten my order wrong. I call them and all they say is we are sorry for the mistake. How hard is it to get an order right. Never again
