Preface: Theres no Chipotle (hint hint anyone who opens Chipotles) within a reasonable distance otherwise this Qdoba would not be in business. About 65% of the time you go here you will get a decently made (for Qdoba standards) burrito. The other 35% of the time you get over or under cooked rice and squishy chicken. They also have very poor burrito making skills (all the ingredients concentrated in one area instead of spread out) so Ive resorted to just getting burrito bowls and mixing it myself. The parking is horrendous, an extremely tiny lot for too many businesses. This problem cant really be solved in this area but its still something to consider when thinking about heading here during busy times.

Im not picky and do not complain but this is unacceptable! Please take more pride in your online orders! This is the second time this week I ordered from this location and my order was not correct. I am in town for work and only have a 10 min break to pick up lunch. I love Qdoba but not a fan of Tosas location! My taco salad was literally just lettuce and guacamole. I gave special instructions for sour cream and ranch on the side and never received either time. Everything was just slopped in the bowl. This has been the worst Qdoba I have ever had. The girl behind the register did not even want to help me. She had her hands in her pockets and looked at another worker to help me. Will not be back.

I had absolutely horrible service! Cashier was so rude and slow. She did not know how to work the register, and told me my gift card was " invalid" when there was over 20 dollars on the card! I would not have been so mad if she had handled the situation differently. She just stared at me, didnt call over help to see if the situation could be solved, and didnt even try to apologize or ask if I had another form of payment, she just stood there until I handed her my credit card. I love Qdoba, but unfortunately will not be going back to that location. The rest of the staff was friendly and nice, however I will not be going back to that store.

This is strictly about the parking monitor that hovers in the parking lot that serves Starbucks and other establishments. His purpose? Hand out parking tickets to people parking for more than an hour. Did I mention that this Qdoba sits next to Starbucks, an establishment that students and adults go to hang out? That is part of the Starbucks experience? Instead, why not have a couple of designated spots for your establishment? Instead of wasting money on this guy who stands outside and writes people fake tickets if you park there for too long?

You walk in the door and they look at you like, "oh man, another customer....that sucks. The meat usually looks old and im pretty sure the main guy doesnt give a shot. Just lets these petty teens give sloppy service. I would compare their service to an all-queso filled burrito that was just thrown on the ground. PLOP SERVICE

Definitely the best Mexican food I have ever eaten in my life! I have been eating at Qdoba for years and it still amazes me every time! Everyone is so friendly there its like walking into Cheers. The parking lot guy is always friendly, helpful and finds me a parking spot if I cant find one.

Not the greatest service. Server wasnt friendly. I asked for a little bit of queso on my burrito and they dumped it on. Also they ran out of black beans and queso during my order. Please have more pride in your service. Be prepared for all hours of the day.

I love Qdoba! The food is great and so are the prices. The staff is excellent; very friendly- especially Meropi and Zena. I gladly come back as often as I can when I can stomach all the deliciousness!

Pretty bad all the way around. Food prepper had a bad attitude, non of the food was fresh, and I have never had a burrito roled that poorly before. This all took place during dinner rush.

Good service and clean interior. Parking can be a pain but they do have an attendant on certain days to ensure people do not park in the lot and walk to somewhere else in the village.
