THIS PLACE IS A RIP OFF! NEVER EVER GOING BACK! I will drive all the way to hales corners just to get better service. I went in this location and ordered a barbacoa quesadilla. First of all, they put in the smallest amount of beef and cheese to the point where I was completely confused thinking they forgot to add the rest of it. Any other chipotle Ive been to, they stuff burritos quesadillas and tacos to the brim where there is no possible way you can eat it all in one sitting, not this chipotle! The workers were rude and had terrible customer service. 4 people all at once ganged up to tell me that if I have a quesadilla, I cant add corn or salsa inside or they would have to charge it as a burrito. There was only a tiny pinch of cheese and beef in my quesadilla as it was so I thought I had to add something extra to make it fill up. I am disappointed and will never return. This location is a joke and makes chipotle look bad. I learned my lesson and will stick with the hales corners location.

Went here for lunch today to get food for my co-workers and I and I know EVERY SINGLE TIME not to come here because of the staff and how they treat me. I come in with maybe 2-3 orders... Not a big deal, its money right??? They rushed me through the line when I was taking my time getting food for someone else. They rolled their eyes when I asked for something else to add into my bowl. I go to pay, then they literally made me feel STUPID because they asked me what I had ordered, I told them then they tried to correct me as if they knew what was inside my bowls. IT IS NOT HARD TO RING UP 4 CHICKEN BOWLS WITH GUACAMOLE. I get back to work to eat my food after not eating all morning, the food is not even good at all. The chicken tastes like it had been sitting there for hours....The rice was hard. The guacamole tasted extremely sour........ I am highly unsatifised and I will probably not return to a Chipotle again, let alone this one...

First time at this location and Chipolte in general. Was a decent first time experience. 4 stars because no toilet paper was included with my order....(jk) Seriously though, there was some heavy miscommunication going on between the employees when I was there and we all had to repeat our order 2-3 times depending on the person.

I paid 7 dollars for a quesadilla that had pretty much nothing in it. Ive never felt so ripped off. When I asked for more in it, all 3 employees at the same time said "we will then have to charge you for a burrito". It was a tiny portion of meat and cheese and each end of the quesadilla was empty. Never going again.

Skimpy! Not like other Chipotles. These guys just care about the almighty dollar and and not about you. Hey Chipotle look at Qdoba, at least they include Guac for free. Good salsas thought but that is not enough to make up for the crap service.

The store is kept clean, the seating is ample, and the food is what you would expect at a Chipotle. Good sized burritos with good flavor wont leave you wanting. Parking at this location can get a little tight during peak hours due to the shared lot.

First time at this Chipotle and wouldnt return. I ordered food at dinner time and my rice and carnitas were dry. This location also does portion control - very little mayo which made my dinner blah.. wont return to this location.

Chipotle always offers quality food at a cheap price, although this is probably my favorite "fast food", so I am a bit bias. This location is usually quick and not too crowded with friendly and high quality staff.

Never had a bad meal at Chipotle. I always ask for "half the rice" and it makes the whole thing more manageable. Also you can fool yourself that it is low carb.
