Debated whether or not to place an online order because they always and I mean always screw up our order. Sitting here kick myself for doing it again. I order 3 items: 1 sandwich, 1 bowl of soup and 1 parfait. Got the sandwich and the bowl of soup, but no parfait. Seriously, Im tried of having to deal with the incompetency of this particular location. What is so hard about getting a 3 item order correct?

Couple months ago they changed the shape of my favourite whole grain loaf. Unfortunettly they also changed the recipe for this loaf. Now its not even close to my favourite one.!!! they also doesnt use real carmell to carmell specials ;) faaake. however they have fast drive thru,good comunication,and usually they have fresh bread.

I usually love Panera, today is a colder gloomy rainy day and a hot soup and sandwich sounded great..... Unfortunately sandwich was luke-warm at best, my soup was warm but my husbands was cool and the bread was near cold. Not the usual Panera experience for sure, big let down on a cold day!

The one time doing drive thru at this location, the sandwiches had one scoop of the almond chicken and turkey bravo. Thankfully the bread tasted good because that was mostly the sandwich. The teas needed more acai flavor to them too.

Foos still taste good but all sizes gone SMALLER. Chocolate chipper cookie went obviously smaller, so as chicken noodle soup. Dine in soup is always bigger size than to go size. Dont waste your money on ordering soup on drive-thru!

Food is great. Order taker was fast, accurate, helpful. Served swiftly, clean tables. Dump the jazz; its not a 60s coffee house and the music creates angst, and distraction, not relaxation (not conducive to conversation). Dennis

Ordered a honey almond greek yogurt parfait and a large coffee at the drive thru. It took several minutes for my order to be made, it cost $6.62 (ridiculous), and then the coffee was cold. Unacceptable on all levels.

I like this location. Lots of life, always full of high school and college kids working on homework and projects. they also do a toddler cookies and milk readings here. i nice touch

Food is vey good, service weak at best. Was in Friday night, could not get a refill of tea, then waiter dropped the trays on us, clam chowder every where, in my eyes, a very big mess.
