I just sent an email to one of the managers - this has the rudest Panera staff I have ever encountered in going to different Panera locations for the past 15+ years. I dont know if some of the workers are upset because of the many high school customers and take their frustrations out against all customers, or those who are not white, or... I just dont know... but for some reason, some of the workers are beyond rude. I wont return to this location and if you desire a minimal level of courtesy... you may want to avoid this place too.

I like Panera - I do think its expensive for what you get and you arent even getting served!!! I can never get out of there for a regular lunch under $10 Though I like the atmosphere I wish they would put more attention on the food and making sure my sandwich is a full sandwich. I also love their souffles and I wish they were offered throughout lunch - but at least get through breakfast - I have gone in there many many times at 9:30 to find out they are out and not making any more... really???? Love their lemonade and cookies.

I stopped by this Panera after a weekend run and was a little disappointed. From their "pick 2" menu I ordered a Mediterranean veggie sandwich with a bowl of soup. The food was tasty, however, for $8 you dont get much. The sandwich is the size of a one cup measuring cup and so is the soup. If youre really hungry, like I was, expect small portions at a high price. Chipotle or subway might be a better option imo. More food for the price and non gmo. However I will hand it to Panera for the pleasant dining experience and free wifi.

I come to this location a lot since its so close to my house and I am never disappointed. This place is pretty much staffed by all high school kids, but you would never know it from their professional (but very friendly!) demeanors. The food is always delicious and I have sampled several soups, sandwichs, and salads off their menu. The deserts are not that great: a lot of times they are dry by the time I stop by ( 6 or 7 at night) but I have always had a positive experience at this establishment.

The half sandwich half soup meal is the best noms ever! The turkey was delicious and the broccoli cheddar is always amazing. The staff was super friendly especially Keith in the kitchen. He is so valuable to this restaurant. Soon he will evolve and level up into a uber robot!

Place doesnt deserve a star after how the Manager treated my best friend horribly over a week ago especially since she is battling a illness. Due to a online order that never went through, all my friend wanted was a simple soup.

The manager Cameron was most helpful. I ordered online but from the wrong store. I couldnt get through to the other store to cancel the order. He called the store and cancelled the order for me. A very nice guy!

Standard panera food but they always, i mean always get my order wrong!!!! Im always calling to tell them something is missing. So irrirating. Go somewhere else. There are plenty of paneras in this neighborhood

We ordered 3 tomato soup, after payment when I was waiting to pick up my order they told me that they ran out of soup. It was just waste of time.

A nice Panera with a good sized seating area. The location is good with plenty of parking. It can get really busy around lunchtime.
