As part of the mobile work force I have been able to depend on Panera Bread as a chain of companies for 1. Healthier fast foods. 2. Free WiFi 3. tables with outlets to charge up at. This location has all three except the quality of the WiFi was horrible. Also this was a morning stop before a client meeting. They were out of Light Roast coffee. Might be an off day as the food was great and the place was clean. But I suspect the slow WiFi is a constant issue.

Last three visits have been a huge disappointment! (1)Caesar salad that was full of the "butts" of the Romaine which are normally thrown away (2)chicken noodle soup with three of the chicken chunks full of gristle (3) stood at the delivery counter for 15 minutes while there was absolutely nobody in sight preparing orders! Service and quality have taken a nosedive now that biggest and best competition....Corner Bakery.....left Crystal Lake!

This Panera location is definitely a safe place to grab a snack. The food is pretty good and service speed isnt bad either. There is usually somewhere to sit and the atmosphere is pleasant. There really isnt anything too special about this location but theres nothing wrong with that.

One of their managers, Norm, is outstanding! He is so friendly, helpful and professional. He jumps right in with his crew during the rush hour for lunch and I really commend him for being an awesome manager. Give that man a raise!

How does panera BREAD, run out of BREAD 2hrs befor they close. This is my second poor experience there. I used to love this place. But unless something changes, il never go again.

Panera closes at 9pm ( or even a few minutes before) Ive been there at 8:45pm and theyre locking the doors. The website says 10 pm ...not true! So, get there early!

I enjoy meeting friends here for lunch. The coffee is consistently good. My latest favorite is the Greek Salad with Quinoa. Very good quality.
