Good food, good service, clean. Was pretty busy on Saturday afternoon, but they kept up with cleaning the tables and no messes. I liked the fact they explained their system for Italian beefson the menu. My kids loved their burger. Shakes were tasty too, especially the flavor of the month, salted caramel bacon. My only issue was they have olives (ew!) in the giardinera, but if olives are your thing youll be fine. Would definitely go again.

Last time we came it was great this time was not so much. The manager who took pur order wasnt very friendly as if we were inconveniencing him. The soda was the wrong mixture and was gross. The cheese fries were literally just some fries tossed in a bowl. The pizzas ok. But the overall presentation of everything looked cheap and sad. I wasnt very happy this time around. It was much better when they first opened and clearly cared more

The office I work at ordered from Buona for the first time for our monthly birthday luncheon. We ordered lemon chicken, gnocchi in vodka sauce and salad. The order was 30 minutes late, the chicken was cold and we did not get the gnocchi, however did receive a pan of undercooked penne pasta. We also received and charged for a cookie/brownie basket that was not ordered. Needless to say we will not be ordering from Buona anytime soon.

The food was decent but the management was rude told me to shut my mouth besides the lady I believe her name was Leah gave my wife an even harder time as she smelled like an ashtray and looked like the lady was drinking all night,i would go back but managment is very unprofessional and rude also my kids were nervouse around this lady. My suggestion dont go to this place or crazy management will come.

Horrible place. Ordered beef sandwich with hot peppers and mozzarella cheese. They didnt put cheese so I took it back. 5" Sandwich $5, $.50 extra for cheese and another $.50 for peppers. They bring me back the sandwich with a side of mozzarella cheese. You would think they would take the time to melt the cheese on the sandwich! Fries were horrible too. Never coming back!

Lots of specials. You order at the counter, but they give you a number to display at your table and they deliver your food to you. I have tried their beef sandwich, hamburgers, and individual pizzas and have liked them all very much. Tables are close together and it can be noisy. The staff is always cleaning up so it is never hard to find a table to sit at.

I ordered a combo and got a "black sausage". This sausage has been floating in thier juice since yesterday or the day before. Beware a sausage that is very hard, taste really bad and is black as night. These are day old "black sausages". Buona is not above slipping the black sausage into a combo you order in order to get rid of it so as to not loose money.

Ordered a beef here, which is supposed to be piled high with cheese and beef, when I got it, there was barely any beef or cheese on the sandwich and they forgot my dipping gravy and hot peppers. Will not be returning due to poor service, to pricy food and inability to complete an order right.

Pretty good food at premium fast food prices. You choose how much of the bun is softened in au jus. Dipped is both ends, thats what I like. With mozzarella and peppers. They have a lot of other stuff besides Italian beef too. Seems like good competition for portillos.

I went to the bathroom here and discovered that the womens bathroom did not have a recepticle for feminine hygiene products. I had to double check that I was in the right bathroom. It is important to me for places to be inclusive towards all genders.

It the second time they messed up my order and have to drive 7 miles back to fix order how hard is it to make a cheese burger with just ketchup they gave me a bun with cheese and ketchup are u serious
