The food was perfectly decent, exactally what Id expected, so thats a plus. Simple and elegant decor, the lighting and music combined everything youd want in a small, romantic, Italian themed, restaurant. The menu was small and lacked diveresity. Spinach, cream and/or tomato will make its way on to every plate and I dont recommend asking the kitchen for substitutions unless necessary. If necessary, make sure to OVER stress any allergies to the staff! Service is the death of this place and quite possibly you if get the wrong waiter. We found most of the staff to be non native English speakers who delivered wrong plates frequently. After 6 or 7 misunderstanding in our order we decided we probably wont stop at La Sorella Di Francesca in the future. We tried to be nice but service that bad leaves a bad taste in your mouth reguardless of what you order.

I could come to this place for the bread and olive oil alone, its the best Ive found. I received two $50 gift cards to this restaurant. I took my girlfriend here for dinner on our anniversary expecting to have a very expensive dinner. I was ready to use up all the money on those gift cards. We ordered a Bruchetta appetizer, two entrees, and two desserts, and we still only managed to spend about $50 for both of us. (Neither of us drink, so there was no wine involved, to give some perspective) The food is amazing, and most comes in hefty portions, which means I have enough leftover for lunch the next day. If youre looking for Italian food in the Naperville, this is a great place to go.

I have been going here for 12 years and have concluded it is the best restaurant in Naperville. Their menu consistently changes but have a few items that never change. Their bartenders are experts on mixing your cocktails, and the restaurant has a phenomenal wine list. There has been only one item I ordered that I could say I didnt like, but I would still say it was prepared perfectly. The only thing i have against it is that it is always crowded and it can get a little noisy. The servers and busboys are some of the hardest workers youll see. If you travel to Naperville, make sure you get to La Sorella.

This was the second time my fiancé and I have had the pleasure to eat here. Our experience was so great we have now classified it as "our new spot". The food was great, the wine was paired perfectly, our waitress was top notch. Above all we expected a fat bill (I was very willing to dish out no pun intended) and instead received such an underwelming balance that if I tipped the minimal 15% I still wouldnt feel I paid for our entire meal. I highly recommend trying this hidden jem with your significant other or little one(s).

Came here for dinner on a Friday night. Had shrimp and scallop linguini, probably the worst linguini Ive had in my entire life! My husband had vegetable spaghetti also said it was bad, bland, no flavor! I didnt want to take a chance on dessert but he did, so he ordered the cheesecake, also mediocre, what was supposed to be a fresh strawberry topping was mixed in some red food die syrup, just bad. We made a deal not to come back here again.

We chose Francescas for our daughter Isabellas 1st communion luncheon. The banquet manager did a great job arranging our event. We were warmly greated by all service staff especially Luis the lead server. Luis discussed the luncheon timing with my wife and asked if there was any special requests. The food, service, and location was outstanding for our special event. I highly recommend this restaurant for your special event.

Yummie! Have been going to LaSorella at this location for over 20 years. Delicious food. Consistent service and quality. Very knowledgeable servers. They have server tastings beforehand so they can give their honest recommendations. Love this place. Also have frequented the Rte. 59 location, Again, consistency & great service. Shout out to Alex & Joann at this location! You guys make phenomenal dirty martinis!!!

Nice Italian restaurant in downtown Naperville. Nice variety of dishes and good flatbread pizza. They usually have a few very good specials which I believe change every day. The seating is rather close so it is not the best place to carry on a relaxed conversation unless you are able to get a seat by the windows which is sometimes possible but either have reservations or go for and early dinner.

“Excellent food & service for reasonable prices” We dropped in for lunch and enjoyed a $3.00 salad and similar price for soup! This type of quality for the price is unheard of in Naperville. I understand the soup on Friday is lobster bisque and eager to sample this. This is an excellent place for business lunch, quiet, white table cloth etc....and it will not cost you $100...

“Good bar atmosphere” This warm, inviting, restaurant and bar in downtown Naperville is welcoming as soon as you step through the door. There are plenty of windows in this restaurant so you can watch the shoppers bustling about. There are plenty different seating arrangements so you can have an intimate couples dinner or dinner with a group of friends. The service is quick...

Really super awesome quick food. Dont be intimidated by the lines as they move very quickly. To the left are hotdogs, Italian beef, and similar your sandwiches. To the right are salads and pasta. All are quick and tasty depending upon what you get. Not a huge fan of the malts but that is just a personal preference. Always enjoy my food.

Its as if we ate at a different restaurant than the one we read about in the reviews. The food came out at different times, so my soup was luke warm by the time everyone received their food. The food portions were meager and the waitress was brusk almost to the point of being rude. I would never return to this restaurant.

“A Touch of Tradition” Sullivans has the great qualities of a traditional steakhouse but with all the modern features. The restaurant is on the quiet side, perfect for a romantic dinner or a small celebration. Everything on the menu is great. The martinis are the most notable feature on the bar menu. We enjoy every visit.

I cant comment on the food since my wife and I left. They try to fit too many people in a little spot so we decided to leave before ordering food. I can understand that they wouldnt be happy, but that doesnt mean you have to get upset and treat us rudely. Were new to Naperville and will be sure to never go back there!

Over all the atmosphere is unique and fun. If you are dining and are eating on the 2nd floor (use the stairs in the back not as steep) We have been coming here for years and enjoy the food and atmosphere although it can get loud which can spoil a romantic mood depending where you sit. One piece of advice...

“Deep dish should be everywhere!” Ive been here in the past, along with Giordanos, Unos, and several of the other classic Chicago Style pizza places, and man, I love them all! I was in over Christmas this year and stopped by Lou Malnatis for lunch with the family, and again, I was not disappointed!
