Not the best pizza in town but definitely the only pizza place in town. We had stayed away from this location because of a bad experience we had 10 years ago. Then it went under new management and they offered $5 pizzas with a coupon in the weekly local paper. For $5 we decided to give it a try again. The pizza wasnt great but it was $5. It was perfect when we needed a quick snack. They ran that promotion for 2 years and obviously it worked because they just recently raised it to $7. Now for $7 it is not worth it because the quality of the toppings was not that good. So we had a nice run but for that price I would be better off getting a frozen pizza at the grocery store next door. On other food notes the French fries are always terrible. I have asked for them to make them crispy and they have never once done it. It is kind of annoying. The fries are the frozen crinkle ones. The fried chicken is okay but it is also frozen and deep fried. The breading is perfectly crispy but again it is not house made. I have not had the pastas and probably never will. There is one table in here but Ive never ever seen anyone eating inside. Everyone does carry out from this location.

Worst service ever! This was the fourth time they messed up my order. The pizza was also horrible and I told them I had a coupon and they did not add it. Had to pay the full price for a really bad pizza. I would say to anyone reading this that there are far better places that serve pizza, and it would be better just to get a frozen pizza instead. In other words go somewhere else. On top of that the delivery driver didnt have a pen and decided it was a good idea to step into my house uninvited while I tried to find a pen. The employees were not nice about how they messed up my order for the fourth time, and told me it was my fault for not mentioning the coupon. Which I did mention it but the staff does not know how to follow simple instructions. The staff needs training on customer service, as well as how to make the food more consistent. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE THEY ARE UNPLEASANT AND HAVE THE WORST FOOD EVER.

I frequently eat at the Tenutas in Kenosha. I had expected the same level of quality,however, I was very wrong. We ordered a fettuccine Alfredo and meatballs and the Italian combination. There was no flavor at all to the Alfredo sauce and the meatballs tasted like flavorless cat food. The lasagna was ok, the gnocchi was hard and undercooked as was the beef ravioli. The meat filling tasted just as bad as the meatballs. Usually Tenutas is very flavorful and amazing at the kenosha location. Needless to say I returned the food and requested a refund. You know it is terrible when all three of my kids refused to eat it after the first bite. Very disappointed and we will not eat at this location ever again.

Went to order pizza. Had a coupon for a medium pizza. So we order 2 pizzas with that coupon and then went to order my free appetizer and they refused me to use my free appetizer. They said I had to buy a pizza at regular price. No where on the free appetizer did it say I had to buy a pizza at a regular price. It was a scratch off thing that we won a free appetizer with. When I explain that to them they still refused to take my free appetizer coupon. The I explain to her to cancel our order and we will go else where. Wont go back. Pretty sad the wont honor their coupons. Bad business!!

Ordered 2 pizzas for pick up. Was told 30 mins. Went there 35 mins later. Not ready. Sat there for another 20 mins. Was told one pizza was ready. Other had burned and they were making a new one. Mean while 1st pizza sitting there getting cold. Watched another pizza come out burned. Delivery driver insisted they box it up so he can deliver it. Got our money back and went to burger king. LUISAS PIZZA from now on

Called order in and was told it would be about 20 minutes. Arrived to pick up 20 minutes later expecting the order to be ready or at least close. Instead of being ready I was told it would be at least another 20 minutes. Sorry that doesnt work for me.

Theyre always 15-30 minutes late for pickup, even later for delivery. They gave our pizza to somebody else once and we had to wait for another one. Im just getting tired of the unreliable service. The pizza is decent though.

We ordered pizza and chicken to be delivered to Eagle lake Manor, the food came piping hot and in less then 45 minutes and everything was fresh and very tasty I would highly recommend it to everyone.

No flavor to pasta, forgot the main thing we ordered making us wait even longer for our food. To top it off the gave us no silverware and we are from out of state making this a real problem.

Have given this place multiple tries hoping I just had it on a bad day but every time, it is awful. Food is pretty much tasteless and takes forever to be delivered. I do not recommend.

Found a 1/2 inch long beard hair embedded in the meat ball, when I ordered a bomber from the Paddock Lake location. Pretty gross.
