My husband and I found this restaurant when a friend of ours from out of state came to town. We were in search of a good authentic Mexican restaurant. After much searching I stumbled across this place. Im glad I looked it up because I passed the restaurant almost everyday and didnt even realize that it was there. The outside isnt that inviting but Im definitely glad that we gave it a shot. We walked in and we were immediately welcomed by someone at the front desk. It was really busy in there with multiple birthday parties going on at the same time. Even with as busy as it was we were seated right away in a cozy little booth. We were immediately welcomed by our server, and she took our drink orders right away. And right within a few minutes someone from the bar area had our drinks on the table. The server than promptly returned and took our food orders. It was really nice because our drinks were never empty, whenever they even came close someone would come and fill it up. The entire staff just seemed to work in sync together filling glasses, removing empty dishes and just checking on us. It was awesome. Their salsa and bean dip were amazing and you get those right away. I ordered the fajita burrito and it is definitely my favorite. It was simply amazing I dont know how else to put it. I have been to many restaurants around here, but I can honestly say this is one of my favorites. We will be back very very soon. So happy we found this place.

Dont go here! Who ever said this place was the best, is 100% wrong. I have went here thinking oh in 2012 they were the best in Las Vegas as a Mexican restaurant. Experience was awful. 1. 30 Min wait time - not bad, just waste of time for gross food. 2. Over cooked rice, beans taste like paste. Only below adv Mexican Restaurants give out. Meaning in quality they are the same as a cheaper place for a cheaper price. 3. My main meal was steam cooked. Not grilled. 4. Shrimp was undercooked, tasted like it came from a dead fish tank. Not grilled. 5.. Horrible waiter, had 2 waiters for some odd reason. 6. Had them redo one of my mains, which they still made the 2nd time as horrible as the first. 7. Got sick over eating a few bites. 8. They never apologized for horrible food. 9. I still had to pay for food that tasted worse than fast food, and that is bad. 10. Fresh food they served tasted like 2 weeks old in the fridge or 2 months in a freezer. 11. It did not taste at all like a true authentic Mexican restaurant does. I have been a chef for 5 years, and never have I tasted Mexican food this bad. They cant even get simple orders down right, nor do they use the right equipment to cook or use fresh ingredients like they suppose to do so. If you want one of the worse experiences in Las Vegas of Mexican food, come here and see how disappointing it was, low grade food which wasnt treated right isnt edible or you may also get food poisoning like I had.

Gracias.

First of all, the restaurant is so dark inside you cant read the menu. My husband and I had to request a flashlight. It occurred to us it may be so dark, so you cant see the extremely high prices on the menu. The prices on the lunch menu looks okay, but we were there at dinner time. As for the salsa that someone else left a negative review on.... we had read that before and doubted it. But when I tasted the salsa, it had a bitter taste of soap to it and realized that previous review was in fact accurate. I found the tacos rather bland and tasteless. I was so shocked that I find better Mexican food in Oregon and Washington then in Las Vegas. Extremely disappointed. The employees were just fine... no issues in that department. Im originally from Mexico and Im always looking for authentic food from home. This is definitely not it. If you notice, Ive never really left a review on Google. This experience was so bad that I found it a necessity to warn people.

I came in on a Saturday and ordered the lunch special on the back of the menu. It was around 3 p.m. so I asked the hostess if they were still serving the lunch special and she said "I believe so". I told the server which lunch special I wanted and pointed at the number 13 on the back of the menu which is pollo mojo de Ajo. He said okay and took the order period he never told me that they dont serve the lunch special on Saturday. It took 45 minutes to get my food. The chicken was dry and then when the bill came it was for the regular dinner price, not the lunch special price. I complained with the server and with the manager to no avail. I wont be back nor would I recommend this place. I used to come here years ago and never had these issues. I guess things change. Poor food, poor service and poorly trained employees.

Great food & great service. Make reservations. I tried to get in a few times but the wait was too long. I went at an off time and got in no problem. The service was really good. Or server had at least two assistants helping him so or glass never got below half full! They mustve come to our table a dozen times! The guacamole is made at your table to your taste - I highly recommend! The food is what I think to be authentic Mexican food and was very good. The average price per meal started about $15. Both times I went the service was great and the Mariachi guitarist was a joy to listen to. Ill go back again.

Party of 9 handled with excellence. I dare you to get your drink below half, seriously, this is the restaurant all others should be measured against for service. The food was great, like the others say, dont miss the guacamole. The Coke Steak is worth a try, sounds weird but we all tasted it and it was great. Most of us just asked the waiter for recommendations and everybody loved their meals. Even dessert was good. Cool place on the inside, you would never know from the outside. Live authentic entertainment and you can watch them making the tortillas. Definitely going back.

If you like Mexican food, then you cannot go wrong here. Chimichangas here are in my top five Las Vegas, but you really cannot miss here. All of the dishes are good and flavorful, but the main attraction is that all of the food is made fresh! Want some guacamole? The server brings a tray full of ingredients to your table and MAKES THE GUACAMOLE TO YOUR SPECIFICATIONS! The staff are consistently pleasant and attentive to guests. This is one of my highly recommended restaurants that has good atmosphere and a nice look/feel to the restaurant. Enjoy!
