UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT?!? We have been loyal customers for over 8 years this but something has changed! Ive never had a problem with anything prior to our recent visit but its obvious they are under new management! It was the night before mothers day and my 7 yo daughter and I stopped in after a very long day. She loves cheese sauce with chips but chz sauce was thick and burnt, as if scrapped from bottom of pan! Then we were served fajitas that were burnt to the pan (literally had to be scrapped off the pan and couldnt be chewed!) and couldnt eat any of it! However, they made us pay for everything!! Not even an apology or an offer to fix the burn food! The next day I brought in the ENTIRE meal back (I paid for it and took it home so I could redeliver to the owner, hoping he would make it right - it was Mothers Day)! This Jose person who said he was the owner (he wasnt the owner who smiled and passed our table a hundred times in 8 years!) He laughed at me for bringing the food back!! He didnt bother apologizing or offer to make a new dinner for us! Said it was the plates fault!

You have to try pretty hard to have bad Mexican food and thats what you get here. We have gone here several times to see if it was just off days for the cooks and waiters but it never gets better only worse. -No parking, or you will get towed if you park on the street. -Chips are thick and hard with no salt. -Salsa is bland, watery and tastes like tomato sauce. -Anything they have that is fried will be soggy from oil. I think the fryers are on a low temp. -Tacos are cold most of the time, only have a dash of cheese and of course the meat is dripping with oil. -We have had chicken served under cooked or dry and stringy more then I can count. -The wait staff and cooks are always hanging out in the main dining area watching tv, cracking jokes and not paying attention to the guests. -The floor is always coved in food and dirt. On the plus side the draft beer is cold. I have been a cook at several restaurants including a Mex one. This is by far the worst place I have ever been. "Just stay away!"

If you enjoy sub par Tex-Mex with a good chance of contracting food poisoning then look no further. Ive given this establishment ample opportunity to redeem itself and in such instances have had; under cooked food, dirty dining wears, orders for take out brought as dine in, over priced and watered down drinks, incompetent wait staff, and insufficient parking spaces with a good chance of being towed if parking at adjacent businesses. I know what youre thinking. "Why would you continue to eat there?" I stopped giving them my business once their bartender left. He was the best employee they had, and he obviously became fed up with the operation theyre running. If you enjoy bowling alley grade food at steakhouse prices then this restaurant will be the perfect marriage. Salud!

I have been looking for a great Mexican place to eat since moving from Colorado in 2005. This place has the most authentic Mexican food that I have tasted since! No Mexican American or Tex-Mexfood! This place is for real! We have eaten here about 10 times now since discovering it, and I make it a point to get all my friends to try it. I have yet to hear of anyone being disappointed. My favorite is the Fajita Burrito, if you like it a little spicy ask them to replace the red chili sauce with the green, and add some grilled jalapeño peppers to the burrito! YUMmm I think Im going to go for lunch again today! Cheers.

If i could give this place 0 stars I would. I have given this place more than one opportunity to change my mind. However, the people are rude. No one in this restaurant has customer service skills and they dont listen to what you say. We asked for corn tortillas and they brought flour. So we asked for our corn tortillas and when they brought us the bill they tried to charge us for the extra tortillas and when I brought it to their attention they tried to ask me how many I ate??? Its not hard to make a good taco salad but theirs are not good at all. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!

I almost became orphan!!! I mom before ordering she asked which plate didnt had cumin, cause she is allergic, the waiter told her the enchiladas didnt have, she even asked are you sure, and said he was sure, guess what, the plate was over loaded with cumin, she had a strong allergic reaction at the restaurant and had to take a strong alergy pill there and we paid fast and left, but before leaving I screamed at the waiter asking if he was trying to kill my mom or something ething, that was really irresponsible. Untrustworthy kitchen and negligent waiter. I dont recommend.

Great food and service was excellent despite being very busy. Our server was knowledgeable and took the time to answer our questions about the menu. I recommend the Texas fajitas and the Texas Guacamole with chips. The only downside is the portions are really large. The bright side though, the food still is great the next day. Los Bravos is a great Tex Mex restaurant and the quality of food/service is consistent EVERY time we go.

Maybe its not their fault but the cigarette smoking dungeon masters next store really ruin the patio. The food is standard as are the drinks. You know what to expect when you come here. The staff is friendly and is always willing to joke around. The inside is spacious with a bar. Parking is tight, theres never enough. Its a shame that the neighboring businesss are such an annoyance!

Food is pretty good. Service isnt all that good. Once my dad and I went to use the restroom, came back to see a worker putting our dishes away on the rack to clean them. Luckily, he only got to the drinks before we got back. Replaced the drinks and apologized. What was odd was that we hadnt even started eating yet, so I dont know what that guy was thinking.

Good service and atmosphere, great sangria and quacamole dip. Just dont order the steaks...riddled with so much fat and grissle, could not find a decent bite in the whole steak. Chicken dishes are good, ground beef dishes..really fatty. If they could get a better beef supplier, it could turn things arouond.

this place is AMAZING!!!! we enjoy have our birthdays here! the staff is so much fun! we are in there so often that they know us!! i have to say my favorite retstraunt!!!!! Fajita nachos are good!!! there are other things but nachos are my favorite thing to eat!!! <3

This place is the best we live close and always come here after our week is over on Saturday and they always take care of us mainly Ian he usually works the bar so sit there and tell Ian Stephen sent you :) great food great atmosphere great service !

Food was not good at all. I got a combination plate and it was the same bad ground beef with the same sauce in all three items on the combination! As if you wrap it in a tortilla it becomes enough of a different item to call it a combination!

Their food is FANTASTIC! The service is less than up-to-par but its outweighed by how delicious and quick they are! We take everybody here. Its the type of place that you even start to think about it and your mouth starts to water.
