Ive been consuming Potbellys since 2007. Between 2007-2010, i ate here 3 to 4 times a week, no joke. Large meatball, large chicken salad, large tuna with everything on it its awesome! Their cookies are actually very good too! Great hoagies Great Price, I love it WAY BETTER THAN SUBWAY OR PENN STATION! Penn Station you pay 10 dollars for a little wrinkly shrinkage hoagie, Potbellys they hook it up with the quality and quantity! i like the hoagies, i dont like how they pride themselves on customer service, who cares about that its a hoagie shop. Its kinda annoying when people ask you how are you doing today, just because its in the script.

Definitely a great place to eat! I would choose Potbelly over nearly all of the other sandwich places in town (with exception to Jimmy Johns). Their menu is great and staff is always friendly. There is one guy in particular (I cant remember his name) that is awesome, very funny and outgoing. However, lately my co-workers and I have experienced some subpar service from this store. I wont get into specific details, because the staff has promised to remedy the situation on our next order. We will see!

The staff at this PotBelly are among the friendliest you will ever find. Always smiling and happy to chat as theyre making your sandwich. The food is always fresh and delicious, and at a great price. All of this keeps me coming at a minimum of once per work week, often twice.

We pickup sandwiches here all the time, and it always hits the spot. I typically go with the grilled chicken, but the Italian is also really good. The staff is friendly, and always manage to crack a joke or two during my visits. Keep up the great work!

Make sure to get your sandwich toasted, and if you dont want oil on it, make sure you say something (out loud... not in your head), because theyll put in on there out of muscle memory.
