Holy s#!t. Our drinks tasted horrible, we werent offered water while the trainee came back 3 times to ask about our order and drinks which were very simple and we gave her our full order as we sat down. Sadly she couldnt remember our order 15 min later when it was sitting out in the very obvious expo window for 5 min and basically walked by us and took BOTH our meals to someone eating alone who arrived after us. Restaurant policy anywhere is that you dont ever set down the wrong dish to a table and take it to the correct table, which she ran back up to expo and you could see her debating with the trainer whether to bring my wings back to our table or not, they debated for long enough to build suspense and I thanked goodness as she tossed it but it still made me ready to get up and leave. But my friends crab legs were given out to the solo guy and they now expedited boneless wings for me that were clearly cut up chicken tenders, severely drowned in sauce and passed out a minute later while my friend still waited for crab legs thatd been handed to the other table. When they arrived 5min later they had entire legs and segments missing, most were pretty small and some were so overdone the meat was dry and wouldnt even come out of the shell. Ive served for a while and never took half assed things to my guest, I have blamed the kitchen before in the heat of a rush when Ive forgotten to ring something in but it was not a rush, she delivered our food to the wrong table after I watched our food sit in expo for more than 5 min wondering when theyd pick it up, and finally when she realized she delivered our food to the wrong table and it took her at least 2 min to realize her mistake and finally came back to say "theyre still working on it, itll be just a minute". I understand making mistakes and blaming it on the kitchen but *suuuper eyeroll* I JUST SAW WHAT YOU DID. They need some help or to at a bare mimimum separate the kitchen and dining expo so its less obvious when servers make mistakes. Plus a manager asked how we were basically while we arrived, waiting for drinks and never made a round again. But the trainer Courtney needs to pay attention, she was clearly terrible. Unless she had 15 tables on the opposite side of the place, theres no excuse for being so uninvolved. I never do it but I gave 10% since it was rung out in her name not the trainee and as trainees you dont get tips. Courtney deserved absolutely nothing so 10% still hurt to write down for her saying "hi" once, disappearing, and not instructing her trainee to be more aware or preparing her to give service. And for both of them ignoring the expo window for soo long. Ive visited a few times and this is the final straw, Ive seen food sitting in the window for a long time while our server and every other ignores it and have to question picking it up myself or to let it sit there. The trainee did get one drink taken off since I let her know I would like another but our vodka sprites tasted like mostly vodka + water, not even soda water since there was zero carbonation. But still dont think Ill ever be back.

Do not eat here. Seriously. I went here on a Friday night around 9:30 and although our table of 6 was seated quickly and our 6 waters were ordered then, it took a while for our server to return with them and take our order for appetizers. No big deal as it seemed like everyone was moving quickly to handle business. She left again to attend to another table and we didnt see her again for thirty minutes when she returned to take our order for apps and entrees. This time when she left we didnt speak to her again for almost 40 minutes and all our concerns about our meal were relayed to random servers walking past us. Eventually, a random drunk patron came over twice to chat us up and became verbally abusive. Kiana (who was wonderful and attentive to our grossed out expressions) came over to check on us and told the manager about the customer. The manager apologized and we vocalized again how we had been there over an hour and hadnt received any sort of food. She said she was going to go check on our order. Around 10:50, our initial waitress (I wish I would have caught her name to make a formal complaint) made her way back to our table and said she had checked on our order and it would be ready in a few minutes. She left for a few minutes and one of my friends made a comment about how all the waitresses were standing near the window eating their own wings when we hadnt received our appetizers. Our server returned about 11pm with our checks and let us know our food would be out soon. This was the final straw for my table and we called another server over to see if we could speak to a manager. 15 minutes later, with no food, no manager, and nothing but jealous stares directed from my friends to our inattentive waitress chewing in front of us. We decided to leave after 105 minutes of bad service with no refills, no food, harassment from drunk patrons, and a bitchy waitress whos only remark when we left was "Im not paying for that table."

I went here on Memorial Day Weekend, and my boyfriend and I were cut off and thrown out after he had 1 large beer and asked for another small beer. The manager "in training" came to our table to ask who was driving home, which was me, and after a conversation with the "Manager", "Tony", they still cut us off. We were highly insulted by this. This was after we waited over 20 minutes, for "Natasha" (which I dont think was her name, she was latino, so I am pretty sure that was a lie) who finally decided to come take our order after about 15 minutes..... and we were very pleasant to her, however, she was very snappy with us. We ordered 2 lbs of crab legs, and a dozen oysters and a salad.... she and her "trainee" manager decided we needed to go. I will never go to Cobb County to eat again, I am sorry I did it in the first place. I have had pleasant experiences at all other Hooters Restaurants, but certainly not this one. They cut us off, and kicked us out, and offered to call the police if we didnt pay our bill. We paid it, but no tip..... Dont go to this location. I will be contacting corporate after I submit this. So, all in all, 50 bucks, and a kick in the ars out the door! Oh, and by the way, after I called to get the managers name, it seems that he gave me a false name, his name is Terry, not Tony. And the Asst. Mgrs name is Chris, now that just leaves the mystery of what the waitresses name was. DON"T GO THERE!!!

My husband and I decided to try this Hooters out and it was horrible! They are very unorganized and their entire wait staff needs to be retrained. We were there for about four hours to watch the UFC fights. To be fair we started off with a waitress,Ashley, who was polite but clearly overwhelmed. Which is to be expected on an event night at a popular restaurant. However, the okay service ended there. I received a drink order after 20 minutes, and she didnt even bring my husbands saying that they were brewing the sweet tea. For 20 minutes? After another 30 minutes goes by we decided to stop any random waitress to get the rest of our drink order. We were turned down by two waitresses because someone else was supposed to be waiting on us. When they finally got our assigned waitress, Gina, to come to our table she had an attitude and told us to hold on because she was very busy. My husband and I are both soldiers in the US Army. We have sacrificed for our Country. It is unacceptable for a server to be so disrespectful when she is working for tips and her job is to provide customer service to us. We will not ever be going to this hooters again. Also, we will be spreading the word about this shabby establishment to anyone who will listen. If we were able to actually get someone to our table to get us the check there is no way we would have stayed as long as we did. Spend your money where they appreciate their customers.
