El servicio muy malo, llegamos y casi que no nos atienden, no había nadie atendiendo, cuando por fin llego, tomó el pedido y se demoró en salir la comida, el lugar solo tenía dos mesas ocupadas y ya estaban comiendo, no entendí la demora. Y al servir la hamburguesa era pequeña, nos sirvieron y no hubo preguntas de si necesitábamos algo más, solo la tendera desapareció de nuevo, al pedir una caja para llevar lo que quedo no había nadie y apareció otra persona y dijo agarrela de ahí, pero la verdad de atención al cliente no saben nada, allá no volveremos, teníamos referencia de Bonehead en Atlantic Station, muy bueno todo allá, pero este muy malo en todos los sentidos.

The customer service had this location sucks. I was there at 2:50 with one customer in front of me, when she rung up my item it time was 3:02. The lunch special ended at 3:00. Mind you I knew exactly what I wanted I was told I could do the Lunch special. When I asked her why because she told me it was after 3:00, I told her I was online placing my order. She told me "I just work here, I dont make the order, what do you want be to do about it and are you going to order". I was so taken back by her nasty infriendly demeanor and attitude that I walked out but not before I asked for her manager.. I have been coming to this establishment for years and since the new ownership the service has been less than stellar but I am a sucker for the fish tacos. After today I will never ever step foot in this place again.. I wish I could have done this review with any stars

Warning**** I called five times to attempt to place a take out order and kept getting the voicemail. When I finally arrive and the young lady at the front desk had the WORST customer service skills. She couldnt answer any of my questions, couldnt point me to a menu that had the answers to my questions either...she seemed quite disappointed that a customer even showed up and she had better things to do. Since changing management this location has Sucked and I have stuck with it just because they offer a variety of healthy options...luckily for the growing community they are no longer the only place to find healthy eats. I will NEVER visit this location again while under the current management.

This place has a blk girl there that works at night with a nasty ghetto attitude hung up on me twice with her unprofessional ways.... she wears fake eyelashes a butt pad and a wig... boneheads is an understatement for her... the food was disgusting she messed my order up then told me it was my fault.... this establishment needs to hire new workers at night Im gonna complain I got her on camera acting ignorant on the phone in the back office... she makes the place look bad with her conduct... never again they suck

First time trying and probably the last one. Place was empty when I walked in...Tables didnt look that clean and were sticky...There was no silverware except for a few knifes so I have to use the disposable ones... I asked for some guidance to place my order...and was very vague. Of course I ended up with something that didnt taste great. Its a shame because the place is in a good location.

This is for the Powers Ferry Road location...Had high hopes but quickly became disappointed! The cashier was beyond surly. The food was overly salty. I had to literally search for the fish in my fish taco. My daughters shrimp in her taco were an indescribable consistency. The only upside was the drink machine! Definitely never going to eat here again!!!

This is for the Powers Ferry Road location. The customer service is not good. The food was awful. I ordered grilled chicken, and I got a piece of rubber. No salt, no spices, nothing. Grilled vegetables on screws were plain and raw. No even smell of fire grill... Tasteless and cold. My first and last time

Customer service was HORRIBLE!!!!!! I wanted to like this place, but the lady was very RUDE.. I just wanted a plain salmon, but she acted like that was impossible to cook. They also didnt have anything advertised on the menu.. I WOULDNT RECOMMEND THIS RESTAURANT TO ANYONE.. SIMPLY HORRIBLE!

Prices have gone up. Serving size has gone down. Took the selection of sauces off the table. Remoulade came on all fish plates. Now its .50 cents for a small condiment cup. Grilled zucchini and asparagus that come on plates fewer pieces now. Was a couple time a week customer.

Horrible customer service by the lady at the register! When asked whats the most ordered dish on the menu, she said she had no idea. We were told she couldnt help us with the menu as she doesnt eat seafood and had no idea. All this was said with a Nasty attitude!

I visited this location on a Thursday evening. I ended up having the shrimp and grits. Food was tasty, but very greasy at the same time. Probably from the sausage added into the meal. It was a laid-back restaurant. Really fast food but healthy.

Food was pretty good. My nephew had the best chicken tenders and fries! However, the service from the cashier left more to be desired. We were not greeted upon arrival and we couldnt force any pleasantries from the cashier at all.

I just got some to go food from here, I got the lemon half chicken. It was incredible! Best chicken I have had, insanely juicy with so much flavor, and great price for the quality and quantity of food

Not quite nice as it used to be. Ordered take out grilled shrimp and got fried shrimp. Greasy and soaked in oil shrimps. Ughhh Charged entree price, but food is appetizer with 2 sides. Not cool.

Healthy food is always more expensive. Mcdonalds is down the road is you want cheap. Just check your to go order, sometimes its not right.
