Avoid this place if you dont like being disappointed about food and drink quality. They get two stars because the seats are REALLY nice. Let me start by saying that Im not one of those people that complains. Really, my family and friends say Im overly understanding when it comes to the challenges of providing good service. Its been around 5 years since I was so dissatisfied that I requested a refund for food. Hopefully that adds some perspective to this description of my experience. The sliders I got had chicken paddies half the diameter of the bread. Depending on bite size, 5/6 bites were almost entirely bread. The drop of sauce was only tasted on a random one of those bites; the others were dry, even when it was with meat. After using your ketchup to make them edible, there wont be any left for the fries. Also, there was some miscommunication about the drink as well. I ordered the larger one, and it came out small. When I sent it back, I didnt have the menu anymore to know what they called the larger version. She must not have understood my request, as they brought it back even smaller, and in a jar for some reason. The new drink didnt taste anything like the first one (almost like non-flavored soda water). It was so gross I couldnt drink it, and ordered a beer without sending it back again. A different person brought this out, and made a sly remark about, "is just the glass going to be okay for you this time?" They also made no effort to avoid knocking my feet every time they walked past. Maybe its petty, but if I was concerned about someones movie experience, Id make an effort not to push through their feet. It wouldnt have been noticeable if it had just been once, rather than every pass. This wasnt a unique experience. Having really enjoyed my experiences in high end dine in theatres, I really want to like this place, and keep giving it a chance. Last time i was here, several months ago, I ordered a $16 dollar plate that came out almost immediately, and had clearly been under a heat lamp for a very long time. The wings and loaded cheese fries seemed stale and dried out as if you were to leave those items open on the counter over night, and warm them up in the sun. Sliders were the same as this visit, but also the buns were burnt. I was raised in a family were you dont waste food, so I never send food back, but I did give the manager feed back as to my unsatisfied experience the first time. He compensated me a $10 food discount toward my bad $45 (for an individual) experience. The manager tonight was too busy and kept me waiting, so I just tipped my server the 20% she didnt deserve, on the $30 meal I didnt eat, and left this review as well. There are lots of good young people that do work here, and they dont deserve to be missing out on tips because of the quality control issues and lack of coaching from bad management. Sure, they have to charge a premium over the quality of their food to pay for the extra costs of providing the dining experience during a movie, but I would have been disappointed paying low-end pub prices for the food and drink Ive received, and this was not a dining experience. Go here for the seats and movie, but eat lunch or dinner somewhere else first.

I dont write reviews, but I feel I had to share. So Ill start with the positive. My wife and I went to see Pirates of the Caribbean last night. The theatre was clean. The seats were extremely comfortable and spacious. Our waiter Keith, was awesome and was very helpful. The negative - The food was horrible! I get that its "movie-theatre-food", but it was barely edible. I started with an appetizer, The Ultimate Nachos and added chicken, which was roughly 12$. The nachos were stale. There was no crunch to them. The refried beans were burnt and the pico de gallo had the look that it was old. The coloring was off. I admit to trying it, but the flavor of the tomatoes and cilantro was off. I was starving, so I picked through to find some chips that were edible. I didnt eat even half of the nachos. The chicken was dry too. 12$ down the drain. This made me question how the rest of the meal was going to be, so I canceled my bacon burger and ordered Chipotle sliders. I ate 2 of them and didnt eat the rest, because the outside of the chicken was hard. It had the taste as if it was sitting under a heating lamp for a few hours. The fries were edible and werent bad, and the ketchup was probably the only thing that tasted good! My wife ordered the chicken Caesar salad. It was definitely a salad in a bag that you buy pre made at Kroger (which is cheaper by half the price) The chicken tasted like it was "precooked, frozen" chicken. My wife also had two 24oz margaritas, which maybe had 1 shot of liquor. For 15$ each! We could have bought a bottle of tequila for that price! - At the end of the night, my bill came out to 84$ and we didnt complete a single dish that was brought to us. I honestly didnt feel like paying my bill but I wasnt going to complain to Keith, because I didnt want to add stress to his night. - I dont know how anyone can say the food was good. I imagine it being like this every night and the people that complimented the food, probably live off of fast food (which in my opinion, McDonalds is way better) - We will not be coming back. Our food bill was 84$, our 2 tickets were 27$ and plus the tip we left .. you do the math! Im only giving 3 stars because of our server.

Initially I was very excited that a movie theater was opening near my house that had food, alcohol and (most importantly) reserved seating. I have gone to this theater perhaps 20 times or so over the past 2 years. Overall, the quality is very middling in terms of the theater itself, the sound system, the seats, etc. But what is really hit-or-miss is the service. Of the 20+ times I have gone here, I have had issues (both minor and serious) at least half the time. Some showings the sound system was completely messed up and only the front speakers were working. In many instances the service was downright terrible. For example the last time I went I had my "service" light on from 10 minutes before the show until 40 minutes into the show and was completely ignored by staff. Often the food (which is "OK" but never great) comes out cold. More frequently the food order just comes out wrong. I have complained about these issues numerous times, and I have been offered assurances that the quality I experienced was not normal. I have been given free passes on four different occasions. In the end I have just determined that "you get what you pay for". The help staff is almost entirely high schoolers, and the level of attention and care to detail from the ticket tackers to the waiters is lackluster. I have decided to take my business elsewhere, which the GM of this location greeted with a curt "Sorry we couldnt deliver the service needed." Im sorry Mr. Carpenter, but I would simply like my orders taken in a timely fashion and delivered. I really recommend anyone that considers going to this location, to visit CINEBISTRO at BROOKHAVEN instead. They do movie theater dining on the level you would expect. The food there is excellent, the service is VIP. Best of all there are no annoying commercials before the movie - just nice nature scenes and soothing music. I have gone there around a dozen times in the past year and have never once had an issue of any kind. Perhaps Mr Carpenter should visit and take some notes?
