Absolutely terrible. As if it were a complete joke. I came at around 2 in the morning, granted it is late but this is a 24 hour drive thru restaurant. I pay 8$ for a chicken burrito, fries and large drink. I specifically requested that they put no tomatoes on the burrito. I asked twice to be sure. We pull around and wait for around 5 minutes, and we were the only ones there. After paying I asked if he could please put some ranch packets in the bag. We eventually get our food and go home and surprise, surprise; there were tons of tomatoes in the burrito. Not only that but he also didnt put any ranch in my bag. I just find the lack of care entirely disrespectful. I hadnt asked for much at all, but they still managed to screw up my ridiculously priced order. To top it all off im fairly positive the worker was stoned. Unbelievable

The after church crowd followed right behind us. We had a large order so we expected a little wait. It seemed like they may have been a little short staffed so it we did wait a little longer than we expected. There was only one person, Sydney, on the front counter. She was also taking care of the dining room. I asked about getting a table cleaned and when she finished taking an order she took care of the table. We went to get our drinks and the straws were out, we asked if she could give us a hand full of so we could put them out for her she went to the back got some more and filled the holder. As I watched her work I noticed that she was taking orders, expediting, dining room and by the time we left she was also running the drive-thru. Sydney was awesome, working with a smile.

First I was like, lets get some cheap tacos were just eating to stay alive, then I was like, best tacos ever! And to be sure I want just hunger rating i went again... I was not dreaming nor twas I imagining my flagrant culinary adventure. The ingredients that they fashioned in those tasty little morsels were not only hand cut but fresh as far as I could gather. It was at that moment I declared to my betrothed, "Hark! From hence forth this wiki be the destination of our beloved taco Tuesday. Any other taco taste would only slightly arose my appetite with not enough gumption to put it to bed." To which she replied,"OK" and that was the legend of taco Tuesday.

The manager was the one taking orders and he had to be on something.when we finally got to the speaker (after it took 15 minutes to take the guys order in front of us)We would say one thing we wanted he would say "hold on" 2 minutes later he would say " okay what else?" we then told him the next item, again he says hold on for another 2 minutes. It took about 6 minutes to order 3 simple things. I really thought they were training someone new, but when we got up there it was the manager! We stayed polite and said thank you, he was so rude and said nothing. I see all these negative reviews and I cant believe this company doesnt care about such bad service.

The food is straight awesome! However, this store just replaced their entire staff, and they CANNOT run the place. Old staff kept it clean, were friendly, kept sauces on tables, only took about 5 min to give order, and very professional. First experience with new staff was horrible. Trash on literally EVERY table, no condiments on tables, had to wait to long to order, and had trouble getting a military discount because of incompetent staff. Also we waited 15 minutes for our food. This is one of the worst fast food experiences Ive ever had.

Ive given this place a chance. Out of the 4 times Ive been here, 3 of them have been unpleasant, but bearable. This time, however, we have still not received our food after 15 minutes and they are not busy at all! The guy in front of us returned his order and had them remake it because everything was cold. I hate to post a negative review, but be warned. If you want a sit down restaurant wait for fast food price and quality, then come on in!

Great food, so so service. They dont handle anything out of the ordinary very well. Half the time my order is wrong. But, I really like the food and will keep trying them. Turn over is a tremendous problem as their seems to be a different person in there making the food each time. I go by once a week and order 3 different meals depending on my mood but have to check the order closely.

Best fast food taco stand in Atlanta, PERIOD. We will never visit a Taco Bell again, ever. The food here rivals some of the local sit down Mexican restaurants. The fish tacos with lime wedges are so good. The only downfall at this location is that it doesnt offer the salsa bar like the one on Chastain Rd. which is only a few more exits south.

Do NOT bother going at night. No matter the day. They are understaffed with just one cook and one cashier. And they WILL get your order wrong because they dont pay attention. Day time is all good. They have a good staff during the day that makes your order right. Theres another Del Taco on Chastain that has better night service.

Food is pretty good, and a great value for the budget concious consumer. However, the dining room is typically filthy and the service is absolutely ridiculous. It takes them forever to take your order and even longer to fill it and get you your food. This was my 3rd and final trip until they improve their service standards.

The food is tasty. But, 2 out of 3 times I was rushed from the window without enough time to ask about sauces. Then when I came back and asked for sauces they were shoved out the window with a pithy "here ya go." It felt like "get outta my face!" Not happy. I will revisit for the food but, dont expect much service

The restaurant was very clean, the staff super friendly, and the food, as always, tasty. We spoken to the manager, Carrie, for a little bit. She walked to each group who was dining in and checked to make sure everyone was happy with what they ordered. It was a great experience for my family and I.

I will never go here again. I decided to go inside to order my meal. I waited patiently as the drive-thru was busy. But I was never acknowledged after watching them chat and carry-on. I couldnt take it anymore and decided to leave. Never again, Ill drive to the one on Chastain first.

Ordered 1 combo. She repeated it wrong. I corrected her. It was still wrong at the window. Charged for a macho when I said twice I wanted a medium. And was in the bathroom about 4 time in the following hour.
