this used to be my go to place for good pizza and calzones in winder. but the last 2 experiences have changed my mind. i ordered 2 calzones with 3 toppings each this saturday. when i came to pick up the bill was $27. which i thought was strange for just calzones, but they were busy so i picked it up so i didnt inquire (wish i would have should have been closer to $20). after i got home i opened the box and there sat 2 of the smallest and sorriest calzones i have ever gotten at any restaurant. they were paper thin and didnt hardly have anything in them. the chicken was out of a can and soggy is the best word i can use to describe it, there was a total of 6 black olive slices on the entire thing (yes i counted) and the cheese was hardly enough to even cover the breading... i wont be back and i suggest the owners get control of this once good place before they lose more business. ive given this place countless number of good recommendations in the past but honestly youre probably better off with dominos or pizza hut at this point. the service when dining in has never been great which is why we have always gotten carry out. but now that the food is worse than the service we wont be back at all.

If I could rate 0 stars I would. I was in this restaurant for lunch on 2/10/17 and watched as the 2 employees working that afternoon ABUSED a young woman. The attitude and cruelty that these employees showed a customer (really any human being) was atrocious. Apparently she had called in a large order for the place that she works at; they literally threw cups and salad bowls in her face, refused to help her prepare antipasto and Greek salads, would not offer her bags or drink caddies to carry the substantial amount of food. At one point the man behind the register yelled at her over taking too long to get her order out of the way. After an hour of this repeated abuse as they finished her pizzas the woman broke down in tears. When the woman working behind the counter noticed the woman in distress she laughed in her face! And asked the young woman "whats wrong sweetie, is it the onions?", laughed again and walked away. I can verify that the young woman was nothing but polite through the entire ordeal. I will never eat here again, and I encourage you all not to support a business that would allow their employees to treat their customers in this manner.

Loved the Sausage Parmigiana Sandwich and their Cheesy Bread is Awesome. The prices are always in my budget and I love that they have a good selection of beers (Would like them to start stocking Smirnoff Ice for non-beer days) I have also had the Baked Ziti - I recommend that you have them add a few meatballs, but I always ask for that on my Ziti no matter where I get it. Never tried the Pizza, but most people eating there are eating a slice when I walk in the door. While I have only been there three times over 9 months the nice lady behind the counter always remembers my last order. I hope they keep up the great work and keep the prices affordable. (I drive over 30 minutes to get here from Loganville - its totally worth it)

The absolute best pizza anywhere in the area. The Italian sub and calzones are also very good. Thick crust pizza is a little much for me but thin crust is incredible. Cheese lovers, meat lovers you cant go wrong. Have always ordered takeout but food has always been incredible. Lived in the area for 15 years and only discovered them about a year ago. My favorite (not homemade) pizza and one of the best Italian subs around. Favorite pizza from them meat lovers with extra cheese and fresh garlic. Chesee lovers with garlic, buffalo pizza are all excellent. If you dont enjoy their pizza there is something wrong with you.

In my opinion, The pasta tastes like chef boyardee in a can. No flatware only plastic forks and knives. The service is slow, and mediocre at best. You seat yourself. Annnnd wait. Nobody actually takes your table order. I sat for 5 minutes before I went to the kid at the register to make my order. 10 minutes later the cook in back yelled out "who had spaghetti and meat balls" then slid a hot tin of pasta across the table at me. Thanks, but not coming back. Im thinking about taking some epicac and purging my gut, rather than punishing my colon.

Little Italy Pizzaria in Winder Ga ruined my husbands birthday. Not through bad food or bad service but because they lack the business acumen necessary to properly update and inform their potential customers through their Google information. When bringing the incorrect information and fake menu to their attention, their response was merely we dont know how to change it because of a change in ownership. So sorry Little Italy but on the upside you seem to be bringing stupid to the table just fine.

Terrible place. The floors and tables are dirty, the food is sub-par...something you can find in the frozen section and just throw heaps of cheese on top. The manager was a complete jerk not only to me and my family, but I also noticed to some of the workers he was too. He may be from italy, but his food tastes like a tombstone pizza. And for all of you getting told that it is new ownership, it has been the same owner for the last 4 years at least. What a swindler

I used to love Little Italy however over the years the quality of food has dropped. The staff seems to care less about getting an order right too. So, if you just want a good pizza, this is your place. However, if you are looking for a good calzone or a stromboli then find another place. The strombolis are premade and you cant remove anything you are allergic to, in the past you could. So sad that I cant get a good stromboli anymore!

It is sad. You can tell the people who work here work hard, but this place has gone downhill for multiple reasons. The food is not the same as it was a few years ago. The place really does need a makeover. And worst of all the internet prices dont match the real prices, which they use to their advantage. With the ubiquity of the internet there is no excuse to not update the menu online to accurately reflect your prices and offerings.

Im originally from Long Island New York. Now livibg in Winder. A former Resturant manager. Theres nothing like pizza from NY.. But Little Italy is very good. They need to use Puree instead of crushes tomatoes. The sauce falls off the pizza because its crushed tomatoes and The thin is A little too thin in the middle. But its still delicious with my qualms, I still give it a thumbs up.

I just read the comment about the young lady and I hope that was not the case although I do recall one lady being very ignorant but the pizza was good bathrooms were clean the restaurant was clean, and there is an arcade 3 stars for now when I go again Ill be on the lookout for any of that behavior and if I do see it then I will change the rating and comment
