Wish there was a better option for pizza at a low price but we have to put up with this establishment. Employees are standing around not making pizzas and the "supervisor" had to yell at them to make pizzas from the front. Thought I was able to walk in and get a "hot-n-ready" but hot and ready was ready just over 30 minutes. Someone that knows how to run this store needs to come in and take over

This is a great place to buy pizza if you order deep dish call it in. it will be ready in around 10 minutes. The people are nice. They usually have pepperoni pizzas hot and ready but sometimes there are so many ordered you might have to wait but not longer then 10 min. Hot out of the oven. Great pizza. Chhesebread breadsticks. Love this place!!!!!!!

I have seen and observed how this a lot of people arent clear on their orders or see they are busy and still expect every single thing how and ready. I have been a customer for years and see they may not have my one pep ready right when Im there or see theyre slap full of customers. So give them a chance cause its not terrible service.

My whole family and I are deathly ill right now!! We always get pizza there and have never had an issue but last night we sent my daughter close to closing and these pizzas tasted bad right away. We had a whole pizza left because no one wanted to eat it. My poor babies!! Im calling Corporate Monday morning. We are heading to the ER.

Literally the worst place to get pizza. Hot and ready but not really though. Nothing is ever ready. The staff is just a bunch of kids that dont want to work. Worst customer service I have ever seen in my life. Ive worked in customer service for a very long time and this is truly a sorry excuse for a team

Even when busy and packed to the door, you can see the workers always do their best to get a tasty, and quick snack for the price out to the customers in as short of a time physically possible. If one has to "endure" a wait for their food at least they can walk out knowing its hot and fresh

The food is fine, but the service is so slow. They never have anything hot and ready. I thought that was supposed to be one of their biggest selling points and they have miserable failed on this the last 3 or 4 times I have been here.

Had to wait over 30 minutes for 1 pepperoni pizza and 1 zesty cheese bread. Those are both "hot and READY" items. So much for hot and ready. Not to mention its 90 degrees in the building. Will not be going back.
