Pizza was average... Kind of undercooked. The service is what really deserves 1 star. We got up to the beginning of the line and it seemed like there were a bunch of employees just standing around. The one employee that was ready to take our order was handed online orders which she then told us to wait so she could get those done first.... Okay.... And this was all while other employees were watching her until she had to ask someone to help out. Once we were ready to pay, I asked if I could get a Caesar salad since my kid was asking for one after we were done ordering our pizza. I was told that I would have to get back into line to order a damn salad... One with maybe 4 ingredients. So instead I settled for a premade Italian salad... Whatever. Then they were going around to customers and showing our pizza to them and asking if it was theirs... Finally they get to our table and we were able to eat. Overall, the customer service here is a joke... No one seemed to know what they were doing. I almost thought for a second that this was a new restaurant downtown, but then I remembered that theyve been here for a little bit now. Just save your money and aggravation and go to Blaze Pizza on Washtenaw... Way better taste and the employees are super attentive and know what theyre doing.

This place is super great for the price. Its a custom pizza place where you make your own pizza. The concept reminds me of chipotle (a make your own burrito place). The vibe is very chill, its not a fancy sit down restaurant but its also a bit nicer than fast food. I had a person service me that didnt know what they were doing so my pizza didnt turn out perfect, so make sure you ask them to put the pizza sauce on the dough before they start piling toppings. The best thing is you can get as much stuff as you like and get some ingredients on half of the pizza so you can split it. Definitely would recommend for a delicious more on the healthy side cheap pizza

The pizza was delicious, but the manager was horrendous. We ordered the Smokin Buffalo Chicken for my son and received a completely different pizza instead. We brought it up and asked to get it changed to what we ordered, but the manager (who made the pizza) brought the same pizza back and yelled at us, insisting that he made what we asked. It was a terrible way of handling it. No manager should ever treat a customer that way whether the customer is in the right or wrong. We would eat there because the pizza was great, BUT there needs to be a change in customer service because it really was horrible and upsetting how we were treated.

Pretty good tasting if you like thin crust pizza, but kinda pricey for how small it is (~11 inch). Definitely the wrong choice if you arent getting at least 4+ toppings. Back when they used Hooked I went there pretty often with friends, but now it is really hard to justify going unless you are really craving pizza immediately and happen to be standing next to it. Overall, decent pizza, good atmosphere, friendly staff, just a bit pricey unless you like a ton of toppings. Roughly an 11 inch pizza and thin crust which makes it not super filling so if you are looking to feed multiple, other establishments may be a better choice.

Someone recommended this place to me. I really liked the concept. Shared a pepperoni pizza, bbq chicken pizza, and house salad with someone. The bbq chicken pizza wasnt bad but the pepperoni was less than satisfactory. The sauce was sweet. The best thing was the salad which isnt what I should be saying for a pizza place. Both of us that went shared the same view. Wont be going back as there are a ton of other places within a few blocks that have better pizza for same price range.

This place is pretty awesome. For a decent price (I want to say around 8 or 9 dollars) you can create your own 11.5 inch pizza. You can choose everything from the type of dough, sauce, as well as an unlimited amount of toppings of your choosing. The taste was great, and the ability to create your own in a Subway style setting is unmatched by any other traditional pizza joint. If Im ever in the Ann Arbor area again, I will definitely be stopping by here again.

I ordered online for pickup, but when I went to pick it up, I was told their system was down and they didnt receive any orders. The guy working was not nice in informing me they had no telephone or internet service. He also told me they havent had it for a while, which made me wonder why they werent working to fix it. He ended up making the pizza I had ordered, but it was undercooked. I am a first time customer and will not be going back.

I am not usually a thin crust kind of girl. But the crust here is amazing. They have a great variety of toppings. If you cant make up your mind they have choices on the menu that are "pre made" for you. You have a choice of three crises including gluten free. Ive been here twice before and would come back any time. The staff is very friendly, at least the times Ive been.

Love the concept, love the Pizzas and love the pricing. Just one tiny little thing, folks serving the Pizza need to be more customer friendly here in Ann Arbor, smile more, be nicer, dont differentiate between customers. Anyways, could just be my face. In any case, I love Pieology and I will be seen lurking there three days a week or so on the minimum. Cheers!

This pizza place is GREAT...F A N T A S T I C. First off I dont get many meats on my pizza because it is usually fatty low quality stuff so I limit it. HERE, I got THREE meats so good. The cheese is great and I love the idea of a thin crust. The place looks really nice with the oven in the background. Overall its a must see/eat place.!!!

Cheap, mediocre pizza, staff barely listens and they all look like they dread the next customer. Dough is thin and flavorless, toppings are flavorless. Staff constantly trash talk local pizza competitors whos pizza is far superior. Ingrediant quality is very low quality, dont expect much. Cross contamination of ingredients is guaranteed.

Great idea for a pizza chain! Subway - but for Pizza without all the added money for extras. The pizza is the same price no matter how many toppings. I got a mix of Mozzarella and Feta cheese with pepperoni and bacon with the alfredo sauce. Quick service too. The pepperoni tasted great to me unlike the other persons review.

Great thin crust style pizza made to order and similar to how subway make subs. You pick the type and then add what you want in addition as you watch them make it. They also offer online ordering. Food is priced fairly considering where you are and that its more on the gourmet side. Enjoy!!

Only reason its not 5 stars is because the tables werent wiped down. Came in with 2 small children and the staff was super friendly, along with the patrons. Cool options & everything was delicious. The new high rise thick crust is really good. Unlimited toppings for like $8.
