Went there Monday June 5th. Place my order and I told the cashier no cheese being that Im allergic to cheese. After waiting longer than expected my food was brought out, as I check my meal I notice cheese on there so I asked her to change it to a no cheese and I must admit I was a little disappointed being that it took her forever to take my order and then to get it wrong. I was giving what I thought was different meal one without cheese but I was wrong almost dead wrong. Im home now two days in a row sick like a dog just because someone wants to play games but how can you play games with someones life by giving them something they are allergic to. I will be taking further actions as soon as I get better.

first had cookout in NC while visiting friends in college, loved it. Was excited for the one to open in Tucker but terrible service and employees. I have been 3-5 times this month and every time I have had missing food from my order along with a minimum of a 15-20 min wait! Far from FAST food. My fiance has experienced the same when she has gone for us. They do not give receipts or read your order back to you outloud unless you ask them to. Management has a lot of work to do with the drive thru employees. I understand most of the staff is in high school but I wont be back until they get things figured out. The Cookout franchise is too good to be brought down by this location.

Went to the restaurant after hearing good praises on the food but that was NOT the case bought a chicken sandwich and a drink the drive-thru girl had a horrible attitude and food was hot but the fries were hard and unfresh they had been refried after eating a couple I thought at least I have my drink and sandwich until when I started to eat the sandwich and noticed my chicken was half done and just so happens that day I did not have a straw for my drink so I thought I would just take the top off and drink from the cup until I noticed that it was hair in my cup this service and restaurant has to be the worst of the worst Ill NEVER BE BACK UNLESS THIS GETS BETTER SOON

Food is great here , but 90 percent of the time I come here my order is wrong, its to the point when I leave the drive thru I park, because I know something is going to be either missing or messed up. I even got a cook out tray handed to me once without a bag in the drive thru. Also they offer no condiments majority of the time, and when they do they usually give u once sauce and u may have three orders. Overall I enjoy cook out Im from North Carolina where it started but I think they are rushing sometimes to get orders out and are making a lot of mistakes.

Great Manager, but she has her work cut out for her with improving the kitchensink ability to get food out of the kitchen. I was asked 9 times what I needed by 3 employees over 32 minutes (looked at receipt afterward and asked what time the register said). Every time, I was missing a half order of onion rings and nobody could figure it out. Then the manager came up front to check on things and asked how my night was. I told her what was going on and it took her 10 seconds to get my food with a sincere apology and a smile. I still left happy.

The good news: it is super cheap. The bad news: you get what you pay for. I think it is just a botched concept: 1. fast food, but you have to wait a few minutes foe it to be prepared - while nothing Ive tastes or looks like it was prepared fresh. 2. Surroundings nicer than a fast food place, but food presentation (wrappers, plates, plasticware, etc.) looks like flea market food stand. 3. Shakes are claim to fame, I guess, but it tastes cheap - more like iced milk than ice cream. It is clean, cheap, and cheap.

My boyfriend loves this place so much, we go here at least four times a week. Im a vegetarian so its not for me but I have to give this particular cook out five stars because theyre extremely pleasant and never impatient with my high maintenance man. I love that staff are encouraged to say "my pleasure", as it really makes a difference! Weve all been to fast food joints where its obvious the workers would rather be water boarded than take your order... Thanks to all that work here, its our pleasure.

Cook Out is a solid fast food chain from NC that has been expanding into the Atlanta area. Their food, overall is typical unhealthy fast food burger fare but it is delicious, freshly prepared and in my opinion a cut above similar restaurants. They also have a massive selection of unique milk shakes and the prices are cheap! I would always recommend finding a Cook Out over a McDonalds or BK, and this particular location has typically had good, quick service and is not terribly crowded.

I dont know what kind of cookout this is this place is terrible they call themselves having a box for $4.99 and you get four items well a 2 year old could have put together a better box! I got like 4 old chicken nuggets a burger with a whole half of an onion on there and two onion rings the only thing good about that combo was the drink I wont be going back out to that place.

GREAT PLACE TO BRING HUNGRY TEENAGE BOYS!!!! A Fast food concept that gives you a great amount of food for their $4.99 price point. The sides incluse corn dogs chicke wraps along with fries and hush puppies, cole slaw etc. Burgers are delicious and amazing shakes with 40 different flavors. Friendly service. Would love it if they considered coming to Oklahoma .

went to this place last weekend and Im not coming back anymore. Good food, but customer service is a total garbage. The cashier didnt say "hi" or "thank you". threw the cups on the counter, very rude, and at the end left my order on the counter and didnt even tells me that was my order, because she was too busy talking with a friend. worst experience ever.

Tried it for the first time a couple days ago and it was amazing. Inexpensive but very tasty and I was full. The service is great and drive thru actually wasnt slow even though it was wrapped. Only reason why I gave it 4 stars was because they forgot my bottled water but the milkshake made up for it.

How can you best the $5 tray? You cant! All the food is delish! I love the double burger and the sweet tea it good! The cook out closest to me is a 20 minute drive but so worth it. Find one near you and just try the $5 tray. With the $5 box you can pretty much try 1 of everything off the menu...lol

I really like Cook Out. Weve been to this location many times and generally have had no issues. I did give 4 stars instead of 5 since the last couple times weve been theyve seemed to have had issues getting the milkshakes out on time and correctly. Still definitely a good location though.
