I have been here many times in the past. One time, there was a bug found inside a hamburger, not just on it which was disgusting. And another time, we only had a 20 and the cashier was incredibly rude about us not having some other money. And then when she did find change, she gave us a dollar less and when my aunt asked for it she made a sarcastic smile and handed it to her. I realize working fast food isnt easy and you deal with some rude people but we were very friendly and did nothing to be treated that way. I wouldnt come to this particular location.

These people cant multitask to save their life. They make you hold until the person at the window is served and leaves. We waited 20 minutes after we ordered and when we left there were cars wrapped around the building. Didnt see a single person behind us while we waited. When we finally got the food the lady didnt even say thanks. Im going to try to avoid this place, Im very unpleased.

Food prepared properly only reason for two stars. Went inside waited 5 minutes line never moved. Decided to go through drive thru. Paid for food waited 9 minutes to move to Second window with no one in front of me. Finally at second window get my order short one order of fries and one order of nuggets. Another six minute wait. Unbelievable

No Stars for this location. The servixe was horrible. I had to wait at the register as I watched the employees just walk by for almost 3 minutes. When i placed my order it was rang in for the wrong quantity. No apologies, nothing. Thwn I had to wait almost 5 minutes to get my food. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

Horrible service, cashier has claws for nails, completely lost, manager is lost, people standing looking as if in space. No SERVICE. GLOVES ARE NEEDED FOR THEIR CLAWS. HAIRNETS FOR ALL THAT WEAVE. CLOSE IT DOWN AND GET A LEADER WHO KNOWS WHAT TO DO AND PEOPLE TO HIRE.

Poor service. Have it your way is a joke. Told them I wanted it like the picture. I got it like my friend which I told them I did NOT want. Onion rings good though. Place too g to hell like so many others in Henry County. What happened to good customer service?

Went to try the new chicken parmesan sandwich. Looks good in commercial, pictures,and on the menu BUT chicken appeared to be burned. The sauce was Probably a week old but not much on the samdwich and barely any cheese. So disappointed with this place.

Food was not hot, order was messed up & drink machine was out of juice. One burger didnt have enough Mayo, so their solution was to put more on then reheat the whole sandwich. If I get sick in the next few days, Ill know the reason why...

8:00 pm ordered the 5 for $4 meal. No cookie and was told they cannot substitute. Even went to the manager and asked. No discount, no substitute, NO BUSINESS SENSE! Go to Wendys next door.

Walked in to the lobby @10:30 was told it was closed. Tried asking the lady if the drive through was open. She just stuck het nose up and walked to the door to lock us out. Very unfreindly.
