I have loved the concept, the food, and the ability to dress your burger or sandwich however you like with fresh produce, cheese sauce, mustard, mayo, ketchup, etc. The issue we had this trip was that we called the day before and told them we were bringing 70+ people in the next night to eat burgers, dessert, and drink shakes. Upon arriving - we learn that they "ran out of the milk" they use to make the shakes. How is this even possible? I asked the manager and he said that the day before they had sold 48 shakes ... O.K. - 48 ... that just tells me that even if you had not sold 48 yesterday - you still would not have had enough for us TODAY! I understand the challenges of food ordering and planning - but in this case - YOU WERE TOLD what to expect and were in no way, shape or form - ready for it!!!! In addition - the Knoxville Marathon was running that weekend - nearly every hotel in the area was sold out ... so KNOW WHATS GOING ON IN YOUR OWN COMMUNITY!!!! There were going to be way more people eating out than the "typical" weekend, so recognize that and plan for it ... And YES - they ran out of meat on this night too ... so anyone (local or visiting who had planned to eat closer to 7:30 or 8 PM were out-of-luck!) While I believe most everyone in our party was able to get a burger - the reason this location and business was chosen was for their Burgers AND SHAKES!!!! NO EXCUSES for this lack in planning or management. NONE whatsoever. They put a sign in their door saying they were closing at 8 PM, where they were normally open until 10 PM. Next time - we will find a place that can plan ahead - when given notice. UGH - it is tough to find good people to work in food service anymore I guess.

Hard to give a review we arrived @ 9pm after a 12 hour drive from Florida. We checked the web along the way and discovered that their was a restaurant about 3mins away from our hotel. So, we thought cool we will have some fuddruckers (2ppl in our group had never had it) . So we got their @ 9 waited 15mins to be acknowledged and when we were we were greeted with "how may I help you, were closed" I gave push back as their door and their website said they closed at 10pm. Confronted with this info the lady responded with "we close at 9 on Sundays, we havent fixed our door yet"... great first impression fuddruckers your staff was more concerned with closing up shop than providing great service... I get it you wanna go home, Ive been their but you dont crap on potential customers especially when you have "suspect" hours.

Crap! I love the steak sandwiches and make a point to be at a Fudruckers when I am blessed to be by one. First steak was gross, not seasoned at all and then it was like the cook put a bowl over it on the grill and steamed it. Was white and very unappetizing. Then it took 5 minutes longer to get my shake then to make then sandwich. I stood there and watched the guy stand behind the wall and flirt with the waitress until he was ready to make the shake, then even though i stood and waited patiently, he still picked up a dirty glass to put my shake in WHILE i watched. I wouldnt eat here again if it was free, and it has for sure killed the desire for my favorite sandwich when on the road. YUCK only reason it got 1 star is the gal at the register taking my order was great!

Ive always loved getting the grilled chicken salad at Fuddruckers, especially when I can add extra tomatoes, onions, and banana peppers. Today was a bit different. I bit into a 1/8 inch hex nut that found its way into my salad. Ouch! When I took it to the manager, he questioned, "I wonder where that came from." No real apology was given but he did ask, "what can we do for you?" I just responded, "you might want to figure out where that came from." Though it was obviously accidental, or could have easily been thrown in something at the topping bar by another patron, I didnt finish my salad and probably wont be going back there again for some time. Too bad. Sometimes, I guess, these kind of things cant be prevented. Regardless, it changes my view of the restaurant.

Fuddruckers used to be one of my favorite places to eat but my last two visits have been underwhelming. Service is good but the quality of the burgers has gone down in my opinion. Recently the burger patty has been undercooked and lacked any real flavor. Its like it just came out of the freezer and was still watery after cooking. On the plus side their chocolate malts are great but I wish they would do better on the quality and tastefulness of their burgers.

Service was excellent. They forgot our fries and we told them we would go get the receipt to show that we paid for them. The lady at the counter said regardless of whether or not we paid for them, it was their error if we wanted them in our order and gave us the fries with no hassle. Afterwards, she came by our table and offered to give us some tokens for the games. She was very friendly, the restaurant was clean and the food is always delicious.

Fantastic theming. You walk in and you are thrust into a 60s style diner. Everything is coated in old records, and black-and-white photos of famous musicians like Elvis Presley. The food is great. The arcade is mainly claw machines and quarter machines, but theres also classics like Galaga and Mrs. Pac-Man. Theres also a bakery where you can buy cheap cookies and ice cream. Overall, its a great restaurant, and everyone should give it a try.

We ordered our shakes 2 kids and one adult. One of the servers brought our shakes half filled. With barely any wiped cream we told her we werent satisfied she replied with attitude that she could take them back as if they were perfect. My sibling tried it and he likes pretty much anything he said it tasted terrible he also said the cherry tasted terrible along with the shake. We left unsatisfied and with our tummys empty. ;(

A little pricey and very greesy, but the greesy is not a complaint... its a burger joint! And their burgers are large and juicy and tasty as well as their grilled chicken sandwich. Put your own toppings on and fill your own drinks. Theres an arcade and a bakery in there. Very high ceilings and decarated with RocknRoll memoriabilia. Get the onion rings. Theyre really good!
