I was very happy with my visit to Backyard Burgers in Knoxville. Great food. I only had 2 problems. One. the lobby wasnt opened. I was traveling and didnt really want to eat in my car, but I had no choice. Second, I bought a bottle of Ms. Grazi sauce, and the date on it showed it was expired on the first of August and I bought it on the 12th, so the employees needs to keep a better eye on that sorda thing. I still ate it though cause Im not the type to complain about that, but some people would. If the lobby was opened, and I wasnt handed a expired bottle of Ms. Grazi sauce, my experience would have been a 5 star instead of a 3.

This is my go-to restaurant for a sandwich, the Worcestershire Burger is terrific and I think the Hawaiian chicken sandwich is the best one on the menu. Restaurant has much more of a family feel then the typical quick food restaurant. It does taste like it just came off the backyard gril! Everything seems to be home made and the staff is very accommodating and engaging.

I love their burgers and their home made shakes, but they always seem to get my order wrong some how. About 3/4 of the time I go to any Back Yard Burger in Knoxille my order is messed up from forgetting to put something I order in the bag to not putting baken on my baken mushroom swiss burger. Check your order before you drive off.

I am giving one star due to the amount I paid for today for garlic Parmesan fries! And they werent even cooked all the way. Almost $5 shouldve got me DBL what I got today! Raising prices and limiting the portion sizes is how you loose customers!

Burger was good and the fries where okay. The only bad thing I could say was the lack of onion rings I recieved which was about 4 rings for 3 dollars seems crazy to me.
