Been coming here for years. In the past is walk in and theyd start making my order. Yesterday I ordered a caramel frappe and a white moca and got some sorta iced version of it but since I spent about 15 min waiting on it I decided to roll with it and go be it a go. The frappe was way too sweet and the iced wm didnt taste good whatever it was. Now Im here again and the staff is different so I figured Id give it a go again. Been here 33 min. Only reason I stayed this long waiting on it was because I ran into an old friend and used the time to catch up.... I hope someone will read this and make this place right again.

So disappointed to hear that a friend of mines 11 yr old girl simply ordered a drink at Starbucks and two workers kept telling her they didnt have it all while mocking her and snap chatting and recording this bullying situation. Then when the mother walks up to ask why they did this to her daughter they sling a drink at her. This is abuse and Thea girls should never be in a position to represent such a great coffee chain. Absolutely wrong and these girls need to be held accountable for their inappropriate actions toward an 11 year old child simple trying to order a drink for her and her mother.

This is one of my favorite Starbucks. Always fully staffed when they expect their morning rush. Creamers, sugars and condinents usually fulky stocked. Never had an issue with the quality. Pretty quick service. Workers are always friendly. Great selection of non coffee food products. I only wish this place was a little bigger as it gets crowded during the morning rush.

I have a 3 strikes youre out policy with food establishments & this place is OUT! The people working there are Kroger employees not Starbucks employees & dont they know what theyre doing! I dont order anything too complicated & somehow things still taste terrible. I have been disappointed by them time & again & will not spend any more my money there!

Pretty inconsistent. Hot coffee is pretty bitter here. Went to get a sweet cream cold brew and instead I got hot coffee poured over ice mixed with half and half, oh, and a ton of coffee grinds. Its worth the extra 5 minute drive to dunkin donuts off of 78. Last time using this starbucks.

Slowest moving staff I have ever seen! I was not looked in the eye once I wasnt asked for my name. It didnt seem like anyone wanted to be there. Just a very unpleasant experience all round. Not to mention the girl with braids was quite rude.

I HATE Starbucks in Grocery Stores or hotels. They should be marked as such on Google Maps. I go there to have a coffee and get some work done. Cant at a grocery store.
