Whenever I come into this place, I remember why I drive to Midland typically. Walked in today for a rude greeting because by the Batistas standards coming in 15 minutes before closing is not okay. To then borderline obnoxious behavior... to end by having a not so well blended freeze drink. I understand that a freeze consists of ice, however, to ice chunks being in the drink? Unacceptable. Maybe due to being a Biggby drinker since 2006 from East Lansing I have a little higher standards.

What a friendly place!!!! Went in for a tea today and learned a lesson about human kindness and compassion. Richard was a hero today. He was friendly and helpful in a very awkward position. Everyone should visit this establishment, as you will be treated like a VIP. Thank you to the great people at the Biggby in Saginaw.

Decent coffee. Service was very friendly and fast. Clean, will return. Wouldve liked a sugar free almond or coconut milk for coffee though.
