My experience was horrible. I dont recommend this place for anyone to eat. The air conditioner was not working, they had fans in some areas therefore some guest was not getting any air at all/ The seating area in the back is horrible sitting very low to the floor on a wooded area (no chairs)...you have to scoot around or stand on the same wood to get to your seat getting your clothes dirty. The walls in the area was very dirty. They allowed us to move to another location which was no better. I went to check the score it had a 95, there was no way in hell that was correct. The floors was very greasy/slippery, the grill where they prepared the food was not cleaned, then the water he cleaned with look like flour water, the towels had already been used black, greasy dirty looking, the window sills was very crusty and dirty with black stuff, there was other objects in the window didnt belong in area. The chef we had did not speak English, she was very slow by the time she finished with the vegetables at the end, the rice and meat was cold. She used the same utensil to cook the seafood and chicken with, which one person was allergic to seafood...sad. They brought out the salad, my ginger salad look like it had milk as the dressing, very full at the bottom, the others had ranch dressing which had water in their bowls. They put the menus that everyone touch on top of your plate when you sit down, that is not sanitary at all. It was a very horrible experience, my miso soup looked cloudy and white...had no idea what I was being fed. the chef even left the grill (went out of site) with food cooking on it to go get help because she could not read the order...lol. Who does that? I decided Id seen too much I cancelled my order and sat there while the other group of people complained but still ate that food. I ate peanuts and natures own oat bar...I was satisfied with that. There was no way I was going to do that. They charged 18% gratuity, they should have paid us for enduring that painful experience. Please this is a place you do not want to visit, this was a very bad Mothers Day experience...I settle for Taco Bell, it was just that bad. I would not recommend this place to nobody.

This is my second time eating here, but the first time I ate here was a few years ago and I remember it being a lot better last time. Today I ordered Chicken Fried Rice and the chicken was fine, but the fried rice wasnt. It didnt taste fresh and was bland. The fried rice was bland and needed more salt than that little packet that came with the plastic wear. Also upon checking out I saw they charged an automatic 10% tip on the bill for take out which I really didnt like because I feel it is my right to leave a tip or not. I usually do, but sometimes I dont when they are more than 5 minutes past the quoted pick up time or they are snobby or things that are not pleasant. I doubt Ill eat here again because of the food quality, specifically the fried rice. I love Japanese, especially good fresh fried rice, but not of this quality. I also can vouch that the restaurant no longer is selling alcohol as their are signs on the entry door as well as the entire bar wall stocking area was bare. Not sure if the liquor license was revoked or if they just stopped selling alcohol, but wanted to add that, if you were looking for a drink. Lastly, the blonde server that greeted me as I came in was nice and attentive and I hope she gets the 10% tip that was automatically added to my bill and not the restaurant owner because she was friendly and nice. As for pricing. The Steak and Chicken Hibachi with WHITE rice is $18.90 which is ridiculous. Then add a $2.00 upcharge for Fried Rice. I elected to go with the cheaper Chicken Fried Rice which was $8.95 because I cant see spending $12 more for the other items you get with the other. Hope this review helped.

Racist!! Racist!!Racist!! My experience here or lack there of was very short lived and not delightful. I called 5 minutes prior to arrival to ask for the wait time and was told 15 minutes. Upon arrival as I walked inside it was hard to get over the horrendous curb appeal of the restaurant stuck between the tattered window treatments and the wide open front door due to the poor ventilation. I proceeded to still keep an open mind and put my name on the list to try the restaurant out due to it being Valentines Day and every other restaurant had a long wait. There was no host in the waiting area and I had to almost walked inside to find someone to put my name down. The Host/waitress finally seen a patron in the front and placed my name on the list but she was clearly oblivious to the fact looking confused and dazed tad I gave her my name. I waited 15 minutes patiently as I watched three white nice gentleman come in who were just as confused as me. I told them that you go up the ramp to place your name on the list. The obliged in small talk and went to find the now assertive waiter/host who took just asked how many and sat them down as I watched stunningly amazed. When i approach the waiter/host to question her why they were sat before me she BLATANTLY lied to me and said they came first. After asking her manager she clearly didnt care either. I just walked out knowing I will never spend a dime in an establishment that thinks this action is acceptable.

Visiting this type of restaurant is a treat for us only because of the price. We normally visit twice a year and choose this location. Well, never again. First when the hostess was seating us she informed us that there would be a 15% tip added to our bill for our party of 3 two adults and one child. We agreed and I understand that some people dont tip at places like this or buffets but I am a former waitress and a darn good tipper of at least 20% much more for really great service UNLESS I am forced to tip then well thats all you get with very few exceptions. Anyway the floors were slippery they felt greasy. The grill area needs some major repairs. The chef performance was mediocre at best which disappointed my 7 year old. Not to mention we were seated on the side of the grill and the middle remained empty. The food was just so so. We had to ask continually for drink refills. Also once the chef is done cooking the waitress is hovering over the table to hand out checks and put your food in to go boxes. Just not a nice dining experience for a bill that was over 80 dollars. Oh a side note and WARNING for those with sensitivity to FLASHING or STROBE lights. If someone is celebrating a birthday at this place they will turn on a set of lights one of which is a bright STROBE light. They give you NO warning this is about to happen nor is anyone singing or clapping hands NOTHING so please be careful if this type of light bothers you.
