My husband and I ate at the Ruchda Wings location in Stockbridge yesterday and decided to order chicken wings and french fries. Later on, I noticed a terrible nauseated and painful feeling in my stomach and I began to desk out in sweats so immediately told my husband that I wasnt feeling too well and that we needed to head home. Now of course, I had never thought that it would be Ruchda simply because my husband and I are there years ago and had no problem. Well once we got home, I immediate ran to the bathroom and within in seconds, I began to feel painful hives popping up all over my face. I looked in the mirror and was horrified then came the itching. I am deathly allergic to seafood so when I let my husband know and see what was happening, he was in total shock. I was having an allergic reaction. Now Ruchda was the only thing that we had eaten yesterday so I knew that this meant that they had gotten careless and cooked their seafood in the same oil that they had done our wings. My husband immediately called to request a manager and when the manager got on the phone, he stated that they had not sold "barely" any fish that day and tried to cover the entire incident instead of taking responsibility for something that could have been life threatening. I am still sitting here at 7:30am the next morning with a swollen face after taking benadryl (which helped when I first had my reaction) and cannot believe that this has happened. My husband and I plan to reach corporate and if nothing is done to rectify this issue then we are filing suit. I have two children who need me and I should not have to be concerned with my life as a long time customer of Ruchda who is spending mine and my husbands hard earned money to support their restaurant. They have no regard for the lives of others and I firmly believe that if you care for yourself and yyou ur family, you will not eat there or support them. I have photos of my face, our receipt from yesterday, our checking account that shows having only eaten there and am in the process of securing an attorney who will subpoena their sales records for that day since the manager "barely" sold any fish that day. I am truly disappointed because a simple, "I sincerely apologize and will ensure that my staff does not make this mistake again" would have sufficed. Get ready Ruchda because youre going to have to answer to the LAW for what youve done.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! I ordered some wings online and waited an hour and 30 minutes and then called them to see where my food was. The girl that answered the phone (the second time I called, because no one answered the first time) told me that the guy was out on delivery and that he should be at my house in another 30 minutes. Well, I waited the 30 minutes (which I thought was ridiculous because I dont live far from there) and called them back to just cancel the order. When I called them back they put me on the phone with the manager who said the delivery guy swears he delivered the food and that even the receipt was torn to indicate it was delivered and we kept telling the guy that no one ever showed up. We were outside in our garage the entire time waiting for him to show up because we were cleaning it out to get ready to move. The manager said he would refund the card but still insisted that the guy delivered the food. Save yourself some time and money and never order from here because they are terrible.

Although the food is good, the customer service is HORRIBLE. The staff here couldnt care any less. All I wanted was the Philly cheese steak sandwich, which is my sons favorite. On my last visit, I was told that there was no one on duty who could operate the grill. They told me that I had to order something deep fried. The real issue though, wasnt the fact that they were under-staffed. The issue was the attitude of the young lady working behind the counter. When she told me this, she kinda smiled, as if she was actually pleased about it. She offered no apology. Nor did she suggest any other menu items. Of course, I went to another sandwich shop and I will never go here again. Every time that I have gone here, the staff always disappoints. I wonder if the owners know that the staff treats people this way.

This place has good wings, if they can get your order right. I have waited for hours for my order and one of the employees tried to make it better by offering a free future meal. When I went in to redeem the meal which was written in a book, I was told that there was no record of it and I could not use it. I asked to speak to a manager and was told that while they were on the premesis they were unavailable. I have witnessed the teenagers that work here eating front of house and confusing other peoples meals. Once I had to remind the cashier that I hadnt paid for my food after she had already given it to me and walked away. They are unapologetic when the mess up your order and do not work well under pressure. I will not be back.

This was my first time TRYING this Ruchda. Ive called them 5x to place an order. A young lady constantly kept picking up the phone, saying nothing, & hanging up in my face, before I could even say a word. I went up to the restaurant, & ordered a Philly cheesesteak, the young lady who kept hanging up in my face rudely told me that the grill was off. Mind you it was only 9:30p.m , when I clearly saw someone cooking on the grill while I was ordering. Asked the young lady do they answer the phone? She replied "were fixing to stop". Worst customer service ever. So I went to firehouse subs and enjoyed my Philly cheesesteak

My wife and I decided to try RuChDa for the first time tonight and it will be our last visit. The store was empty and somehow it still took 30 minutes to cook 10 wings and a Philly Cheese Steak. The wings were overcooked and dry. The Philly was the smallest Ive ever seen and was missing the bell pepper and cheese. It was however drowned in Philly sauce to the point where that was all you could taste. I expected more for a $7.99 sandwich (no fries), and $1 per wing. I work hard for my money, and I dont appreciate being ripped off.

We had our first and only blah experience tonight with Ruchda, BUT as soon as I called the manager (Jason) handled everything professionally and made sure that my boyfriend and I were happy. We ordered food (a salad and some fried pickles) and it took over 2 hours for the food to be delivered. They were training a new driver tonight and I guess he got lost. Jason offered us a new order and took care of everything. We love RuChDa :) Still a very happy customer!

This is my second time coming to this place. my first time experience it was Great and Great Service as well. The cashier was rude an online they have different prices then in the store an I asked for a menu an she said they didnt have one. The cashiers name is Tayah an then she starts laughing as Im leaving. Worst Customer un educated workers. This is in the Stockbridge area. The only good thing I have to say is that the wings are good.
