Ordered chicken burrito and requested with server that kitchen put in microwave for 2 minutes more before bringing to table so it will be hot. Lesson learned from prior experiences. Food came out 20 minutes later. Mine was luke warm , my sons was good. Sent back, requesting again to put in microwave 2 minutes and it came out(a new one) cold. Colder than the first time: per server the G M. remade. Chicken was cold along with other ingredients.I realize they fill then wrap then heat: though product should still be at least at min. hot temp. range. Sent back again, informing I did not desire anymore. A. mgr. did come to table and told me they couldnt make it hot: I informed it has been done in past so yes, it is possible to do. She then told me yes, she remembered doing it in past..offered another which I again declined and she removed from check. Now eating at different rest. Server was pleasant and did say she told kitchen to nuke 2 minutes initially...... Prep. with this item even without asking: (per on prior visits, Mgr stating so) fill, wrap, chz. sauce, heat, garnish, serve...just need to hear for longer period...Yes, we will return though I will probably forego ordering a meal.

I have been to Roosters many times in the past 20 years, but the Milford location for about 8 years and this was ridiculous. I even reached out to the company directly and no response. Why would you serve or eat wings like this? You would think the manager would come over when asked, nope, Did they offer to make another batch, nope. They just said that there new oven was having issues. Wow I guess this will be my last visit to this store. I have always preferred Roosters over Frickers because the wings are larger and more flavor. I guess I will have to find another location, or revert back to Frickers off of Field Ertel near Mason. UPDATE: i did get an email finally from the GM and she said if I visited again she would offer a complementary order. I am not happy but I thought at least they reached out and offered a solution. Will never understand why they did not address the issue when it happened. I increased my starts to 3 from 1 but still have my reservations about going back.

ROOSTERS: My Significant Other, Joseph Overbee and I just LOVE your Wings, your friendliness, and we love our favorite waitress, Kelsey. The rest of you are always friendly, helpful, and very nice. Its just that Kelsey is extra special. She knows exactly what we want and she always puts us in a place so we can watch NFL Football. I am the "Crazy Seahawks Lady"and you guys let me dress up in my Seahawks regalia and you allow me to be LOUD and PROUD and you let me have a GOOD Time! The food is always just as we like it. Roosters is like family to us. We are treated so well when we come in there. I never ate wings until I moved here from Seattle. I LOVE my Garlic Wings. Thank you Roosters for being so AWESOME and allowing us to watch MY Seahawks when we come to visit you. Brenda Byrd

Great place to work, great people. They work hard. Harder than people know and thats why people like Mary need to cut them some slack. Angela is a great waitress, be sure to look for her. The food is low cost high quality better than that of a buffalo Wild wings especially in the wings since BWs has precooked the wings while roosters cooks them to order as well as the wings being double in size. Great place to watch a game or take your kids. Request Texas, Josh, Matt, or Shawn to cook your food! great cooks!

Ive edited my review from three stars to four stars. My previous complaint was mostly due to a string (4 or 5 visits) of inexcusably bad service. Perhaps theyve been working to fix this, because the last few visits have been wonderful! If youre here, definitely try the thai wings. These are the best Asian inspired/flavored wings Ive had in cincinnati. I still think the beer selection could be better, but for what it is, this spot is great.

Great food! The wings are the best in town. They are pretty big compared to other wing places. The variety of sauces are great and can be mixed upon request. I suggest mixing the Sweet Tai Chili and the Carolina Gold sauces to put on the wings for those who dont like it too spicy. Also try the dumpster wedges, tots, or fries. They are fantastic!

We eat there all the time, best BLT in town, and best chicken wings too! Great value, our check is usually between 12 and 17 dollars for two people. Steak sandwich is another fave of mine, but there is nothing on the menu I wouldnt recommend. Friendly staff too, of course they know us by name because were in there all the time!

After waiting for about 10 minutes to order or drinks (and they were out of Dr. Pepper and kids cups) I ordered a Cajun chicken sandwich with fries. The sandwich had very little seasoning and was more boiled than grilled. Fries were okay. My kids corn dogs were deep fried to barely recognizable and had to be remade.

Very few customers in at the time .arrived at 750 pm and left 930 pm took over 48 minutes to get food the biggest thing ordered was a BBQ burger ??? Then i ordered a quesodilia COLD and then some how bill brought to us original 46.00 when go to sign 51 HOW IS THIS they just add their own tip ???

Our waitress Pam did a great job. But the kitchen didnt bring appetizers, wings were overcooked,.Missing items. Pam was extremely apologetic that our order was not right and refunded wrong or missing items. It was a very busy Saturday with a wait time of 30 minutes to be seated.

Very SLOW service...appetizers didnt have the onions on them and mac bites greasy...wings hamburger was very good...almost a HOUR still no food...BS...original bill 46.30 the waiters charged card additional $5 then didnt THINK we didnt catch this

Beechmont has a ton of crap wing restaurants. Im happy to make the 15 mile drive to get big great tasting wings, great beer prices, and quick friendly service. We can get 10 wings and app and a couple of beers for around $20.

Came in on a Sunday afternoon. Our waitress had 3 tables. Spent over ten minutes just waiting on waters. We walked out. I know they failed health department reviews, Im sure services are on the list as well!

Went in not knowing what to expect. What we got was delicious food priced very affordably! Great atmosphere. TVs everywhere. Fast service. Two adult meals, one appetizer and soft drinks...$23 plus tip!

Best wings in town! Theyre very large, come with a generous amount of sauce, and the service is always on point. The only real downside is the beer selection. National brand domestics and little else.

Worst wings I have ever had!! $30.00 for 30 wings! 3 of us ordered 10 BBQ and 20 mild boneless wings. The mild was so nasty. All 3 of us didnt even eat them . The 10 BBQ was okay but not great.

Our first experience here wont be our last. The wings are BY FAR AND AWAY better than Buffalo Wild Wings. Actually, they put them to shame. Good sauces, good sides - pretty decent atmosphere.
