First off the food is amazing. But they are out of something every single time I order. First it was fries, then "hot" seasoning, and then Parmesan cheese. Plus the phone does not always get answered during business hours. I keep going back because of location and taste but they have lost my business a couple of times due to the above problems.

Customer service was bad. It took forever for my food so i asked for my drink. She made me wait for my drink until my entire order was ready. It was only two of them and she said they were busy with other orders.
