8/2/2017 Pulled into the parking lot at 10:20pm, 40 minutes before closing. We could see an employee cleaning the dining area. She turned back toward the kitchen and hollered. Her coworker to the right of the store began stacking chairs on tables as quickly as humanly possible. They were very clear in thier message they did not want our business. I did not want to feed my family at a place that allowed that behavior towards customers. I would not trust the quality. So we left.

Took 16 family members - 8 adults, 8 kids. Service was excellent, food was great! It was a Monday night so they werent really busy but did a great job. Drinks were kept full, kids served first allowing the parents to get them settled then the parents food arrived. Perfect timing! Prices (including the beer) were resonable and as expected, and the wings were better than that other Buffalo place. Wish we had one of these near home! Highly recommended

we were visiting Kings Island when a storm popped up, left to find something to eat while we waited for it to pass... so glad we saw this place!!! food was great and service was awesome! we had the parmesan and garlic aioli fries as an appetizer, yummm! my neice had parmesan garlic wings and loved them! thanks Lauren! you made our time there enjoyable!!!

They offer GRILLED boneless wings! We tried 3 different flavors. My favorite was the fajita lime. All the food was very good. Our only complaint was that we didnt know that every table should have a tablet. Our table did not. My young grandson would have been very entertained while waiting for his food if we had known.

The food is good. Typical sports bar food. But the service is terrible. Was understaffed for NBA draft night. Table next to us was empty but still had food on it. When we left two hours later it still hadnt been cleared off. They also ran out of silverware. Dont understand the issues, place was not packed.

Overall, this was good. We ordered a sampler platter with garlic fries, mozzarella sticks, and onion rings. The mozzarella sticks a d sauce werent great, but the other two were delicious. We also order 10 wings, naked with a side of hot sauce. Those were cooked perfectly and the sauce was tasty!

Each time we have visited this location, our experience has been really good, great in fact, Wings, for an appetizer was awesome, buffalo style hot with blue cheese and celery on the side. Awesome. I would recommend not being stingy with the blue cheese and celery. Keep up the good work!

The foods good, but be prepared for the portion sizes, at least with the boneless wings and the tenders. Theyre huge! Also, the tenders I got were _drowned_ in sauce, which wiped out the crunchy-ness of the fried breading. Try getting the sauce on the side. The BBQ Garlic is great!

Place messes my order up more times than they get it correctly when i order carry out. Very rude staff at the entrance. I try to be polite despite the rude attitude but its the same every time. If not for my wife enjoying their wings this specific location would not get my money.

I had a horrible experience at this wing joint on Friday I came in on Sunday fathers day and was treated so awesome by Pete the manager he comped my meal and made it right so I would highly recommend that you come here and eat the wings are wonderful and the manager Pete is great

Within an hour and half they start closing up and if they see you pull up within that time they start throwing chairs up on the tables and start to be jerks. (Surprised they didnt run up and lock the doors) So if you leave an amusement park late I wouldnt recommend this place.

Went there for the first time with a group of friends, the fries that I ordered wasnt hot but it was more room temperature. Payed with a debit card, my total was $26 and some change, but they charge me $31 and some change. This would of been fine, had I not left a tip in cash.

I really like bwr, but the inconsistency of the sauces drives me nuts. Never really sure what youre going to get as far as flavor, heat, sweetness, and volume of sauce (dry vs drowning in sauce). With the other wing places, I know that Im going to get whatever Im hungry for

Wings had a film on them, whatservice we did have was terrible (had to ask for drinks, silverware, and orher things multiple times) and waitress just abandoned are table, floors were dirty. Just a 1 Star rip off. Find a Bdubs, youll get better service and get out cheaper.

Absolute worst experience. Been there twice. First time the place was empty and it still took 15 minutes to get served. Second time after 20 minutes and 3 different servers walking by us finally got up and left. Food is good if you can get anyone to wait on you.

I walked in for a pick up order and looked around at the restaurant, it was maybe a 3rd of the way filled, however the empty tables we ALL Covered with trash and cups...plenty of servers around but know one cleaning...I will probably never come in to eat again.

We were served our appetizers at the same time as our food arrived. We had to ask for refills and the service was very slow. We had to wave down servers to get waited on and requested numerous times for the same things before someone finally brought them.

The atmosphere is good. They need help when the dinner Rush starts. We actually offered to help the waiter. Took 45 minutes to get a drink order. Ownership needs to do more than just open location s. Take care of them after opening.

Food was OK. Lots of TVs with games. They were out of my first 2 beer selections, not a huge deal - I was able to select something different. This may be an odd observation - I felt the lighting was to bright to watch TV.

Dont ever step foot in a Buffalo Wild Wings again. Thats what I told myself after eating here for the first time. The wings are HUGE. No joke, near twice the size of BW3s. The sauces are actually flavorful, not just heat.

This was my first time there and I had the pulled pork nachos(Fantastic!!) and some bourbon BBQ boneless wings which were also delicious. The service was great! I will definitely be back!
