Let me start off by saying this place is by far the WORST customer service Ive ever recieved. My first experience with this run down place was when I called a week ago to order me some hot wings for a co worker & as I was deciding what I wanted ( because I wasnt sure if I wanted a Philly cheesesteak instead ) The Asian man on the phone told me to "Hurry up" in shock I said excuse me ? He then went on to say were busy hurry up with your order ! I looked at the phone & I realeased his call I couldnt believe he told me to hurry up when Im getting ready to spend $20 on some food thats not even good its just the closest thing to my office . And my co worker ordered food 4 days ago shes an older lady she didnt know that both meals she got came with a drink . When she got back to the office my co workers told her you bought two meals why didnt I get two drinks & why would by he be honest and give u what u paid for ? She went back up there the next day & tried to act like he didnt remember her SMDH. So now I travel almost 3 miles to Ajs fish & wings on Tara Blvd formally known as JJs their service is IMPECCABLE & their wings taste waaaaaaayyyy better & they have whole wings & they have this powdery Chicago sauce thats BOMB ... I suggest no one suport this rude business owner . Customer service is everything & so is word of mouth. And from the Looks of the reviews Im not the first to complain of their services ..

While balancing my checkbook I came across a charge from Wings and Seafood in Jonesboro Ga. I was some confused because I live in Idaho and have never been in Jonesboro. After checking with my bank I called Wings and Seafood in Jonesboro and spoke with a very rude man. As I tried to explain to him that I have never been there and that I have my debit card in my pocket so I know that it was not stolen, he simply said that they swipe every card and that they could not charge me. Then he just hung up on me. So if I have my card in my pocket how could he have swiped it? I would be very cautious before going to this restaurant.

My family and I have order here,I would say since they first opened a couple of years back, since we live fairly close, Very tasty and fast Sadly, I was disappointed tonight. Your wings were very small and on top very pricey. I will probably just be ordering from J buffalo on Jonesboro. A little farther but Ill get what I pay for.

Best wings around and cheesesteaks. Order ahead and get it to go. I recommend the Cajun wings. :) They have this combo that has wings, fries and a philly for like nothing.

Their food is WONDERFUL its always hot and fresh and unlike most wing places their wings arent extremely small.. I recommend that everybody on the Southside eat here.
