We had the WORST...i mean the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER at the IHOP off of 138 in Stockbridge last night...we waited for at least an hour for our food and the kids where sitting there getting fussy because they where hungry, so when the food finally got there Musas sand winch was nasty but he ate it anyways...the kids ate so fast i dont think they even had time to breathe...and i had the most nasty salad EVER..i couldnt eat it, i took one bite and spit it out and when the waitress came back i told her look i really dont like this salad could i just order some thing else and i will pay the difference. she says yes takes my order and leave. then i guess the manager lady comes to our table and says what did u not like about the salad? i told her i guess its the type of lettuce yall used or whatever its just nasty..she says well we cant substitute for the other thing i ordered but they can remake the salad..im like what really i dont like the salad..i too one bite and it was just nasty..then this manager lady claimed that i eat over half the slice of chicken that was on the salad..i told her no i only had one bite how is it half gone? she said i put that chicken on there my self and its half gone..i sais it might look that way because i cut it up and mixed it all together cause i thought the salad was going to be good but it wasnt i mean why would i keep eating some thing i dont like? but she kept telling me i ate some thing that i didnt.. luckily Leighana said she had to go potty so i had to get up and leave before this got ugly...so she continued to tell musa how i ate half a chicken i guess in 1 bite and musa is just like ok whatever..i came back she said is there anything i can do i was just like no you have done enough i just wont eat..and i told her just give me a discount on my husband and kids food or take the salad off... she said she couldnt take off the salad but she took off the kids mac n cheese which was not even the price of the salad even though she claimed it was..so we paid and left.. so yeah WORST customer service EVER!!!!!!!

POOR OVERNIGHT MANAGEMENT!! Weve had a bunch of bad experiences here lately, all involving lack of staffing overnight, which is when we usually go eat due to our work hours. A month or so ago, my husband tried to go eat overnight during the week and an employee said she couldnt serve him until 7 am with no explanation or apology. Uh, lock the doors or put a sign on the door then! We tried again a couple of weeks ago and everything seemed fine, with plenty of staff, but that was a Saturday night and that might have been the difference. We tried again last night (after midnight Wednesday/Thurs) and there were 2 servers and 1 cook. We waited over an hour for our food, as did the 4 other tables. People started walking out. Our server came to us crying saying that it was the cooks first day and the trainer cook had called out and both of the waitresses were new and nobody knew how to cook the food. She had only been there a week. She apologized and said they were trying to get ahold of a manager, and like I said, she was crying, and I really felt sorry for them...but WHAT KIND OF MANAGEMENT LEAVES NEW EMPLOYEES in this predicament? I felt sorry for the staff but was also mad because the company does not value my time (over 1 hour wasted) or its employees. The evening manager should not have left until he/she saw that they were properly staffed for overnight and if not, work that grill himself! Who is responsible for this place overnight? This is a recurring theme at this location over night during the week for the past couple of months weve tried to go. I know good help is hard to find but you had 3 new employees show up to work with no guidance or supervision and your customers suffered. Were done. I would say if you need overnight food, go to the nearby Broadway but the new owners have ruined that place, too, and its not even 24 hours anymore (whats the point then?). After leaving IHOP, we went to Dennys a couple of miles away and got great food in less than 10 minutes.

Got at IHOP at 5:00 drink order taken at 5:20 maybe 5-6 tables, Drinks finally arrived at 5:33 they brought food at 5:40 and then told one member of our party they had no crepes, so everyone else got food and they then had to order something new, so we could let all our food get cold, or we could all eat, while one of us just watched. It took her 10 minutes to come back to get his new order. At that time my husband ordered blue cheese for his sandwich took, our party finished eating at 6:00 and still no blue cheese, so he waited till it arrived, food for the one who ordered crapes, at 6:05 a new more energetic waitress/manager? came over and went to check on the food. All the sudden we had blue cheese. Still no food for for one member of our party, she went to check on it... The watress brought another apple juice free of charge for the member of our party who still had no food 6:10 we finally got the last members food, I ordered one of my favorites, the pot roast, which when I order at other ihops its nice moist and not dried out... Guess what this ihops was... Horribly dried out like it had been under a heat lamp for two days. I would have sent it back, but Im betting that it would be just as horrible... He managed to wolf it down in five minutes, the we got the check at 620 we got the check and what is still on it is the crapes we never received that we had to change our order for!!!! Beyond infuriated at this point.... She was very quick to say she could take payment, lucky we checked out the receipt first. 6:35 we flagged down the energetic waitress and she when to fix receipt. Our waitress however still hadnt been seen since she brought the incorrect check. 6:45 3 receipts later .... We got out total... Paid and left. Ive never been compelled to leave a negative review until today. I would have given it less stars, but thats not allowed!

This is my first review ever. I have to write it becauee this was a really bad experience and hope nobody is gonna make the same mistake as us Try to stay away frrom this IHOP, everybody. Just as other people say in those previous review, NO ONE, literally, NO ONE at the wait to seat booth. We arrived and wait for 10 mins, finally see some server inside, and she ignore us, 4-5 mins later, there was one come out and finally seat us. We ordered our food, Belgium waffle with banna and cream (it was clear the menu say "caramel cream", and I been eaten this couole time before, so I know how it taste like). The waffle came out with cream cheese sauce and 5 slices of BLACK banana. We questioned the server, she couldnt answer, so she come and get the manager. The manager come out, tell me that how they make the waffle, whoever make it somewhere else that we ate before was wrong, I asked her is it caramel cream like the menu said, she didnt answer that but keep saying that what we put on our waffle. I asked her what is the caramel cream and she point to the pecan cup and tell me that was the caramel cream that the menu said. Like.... excuse me, even the kid know that is pecan. Finally, too tired to argue with her, my husband said "Fine, whatever" and that manager start to scream at us "Please dont curse at me" and start to walk away without solve the problem. I dont know when was the phrase "Fine, whatever" become the cursing word... the only right thing the did is take out that charge from my check. We came there hungry and left hungry plus angry. If you havr another choice, please, never, ever eat there.
