i lived to north to enjoy this Establishment before and i can honestly say ive become a little obessed love the place the people have always been nice yes the food does sometimes come out cooler than id like but a cool whataburger is better than hot mcdonalds burger and when i get them fresh there amazing and i love me some spicy ketchup also there tea is quite good its always an internal struggle as to get it or just coke and it comes out heads or tails but i love this place down to the decor very 50s the music is always pretty good to would like it to match the decor but still good to sing along to sometimes when it comes down to it id recommend it to any fellow burger lover also they have chicken sandwichs i hear are pretty good

Ive always gone here late night for food after work and never had a problem, but the security guard they now have is rude and on a power trip. He argued with me over where to park my bicycle and then threatened to call the cops when I said I was going to get the manager. Wont be back. Food has always been mediocre and I always make it a point to check my bag because its a 50 50 chance whether I was given someone elses order recently. They dont have enough employees on at night to keep the place clean since most of the people who come through are drunk college students. When I called the store to complain about the security guard the manager on duty laughed, and didnt seem to care.

Good food overall, and relatively friendly staff, but theyve gotten my order wrong a few times. This last time I went here I ordered a triple with cheese ($0.50 for each slice, so that was an extra $1.50 total) and got it to go because I was in a hurry. they gave me the food and I left to eat it on the go, only to find they gave me a double with jalapeños on it. I was disappointed, but I couldnt take the time to go back, especially since the store was crazy busy at the time. So in a nutshell, the food is great, but double-check your order before you eat or leave here!

This What-a-burger is always great during the day. With consistency almost everytime I go to this place for dinner I end up with employees being RUDE to me, my order being wrong, or again tonight my order is cold. The manager said I could go there to exchange my food but I drove home and sat with my food and dinner and its a little late for that. This has happened a few too many times and they need better management on their night workers. At least they dont seem to keep the rude employees around long though.

The young lady was very well mannered, joked with my kids and i about our footballl team which made us feel right at home, even tho her team will never be a match for alabama lol the service? A 10, the food? A 20, and the hospitality was awesome. She even came out and talked to the customers one by one not just asking if theyre food was ok but getting to know em. She manager material and singlw handedly made out experience superior.

The manager , hes a guy with long hair... I think he has some type of exotic name. The receipt says Augustine so maybe thats him , but he is the best manager I have ever experienced at a fast food establishment. His customer service was superb and he genuinely cares about the customers and his job! Hes the reason I will never spend money at another Whataburger in Tallahassee. I usually dont do reviews but he was a sweetheart!

Every time I go, my food always comes back wrong. I ask for cheese, I get charged for cheese but get no cheese. I ask for an extra sauce, I get charged for a sauce but I get no sauce. I ask for changes to be made to my burger and it will say it on he receipt but the kitchen staff apparently doesnt pay attention.

I got an incorrect order and Steven, the manager, went completely out of his way to correct the issue. Hes a real stand up guy and Ill make sure to be back soon just because of how professional the management treats the customer.

The food is always hot and tasty and the service is spot on. The staff is friendly and helpul and appear to truly enjoy their jobs. Try the coffee milkshake or the honey chicken biscuit. You wont be disappointed.

They sell uncooked meat!!! Sausage is grey soft and pink inside!! I wish I could post this pic of the sausage biscuit they sold me! The meat on the ordering sign is brown why isnt mine!!
