We ordered 2 sandwiches online at 5:30 and was told that the order would be ready at 6pm. We arrived at the store around 6:11 and the order wasnt ready so we decided to shop around to give them some time to finish the order. Fast forward to 6:30 and the order still isnt ready and the workers are clearly under pressure, confused and snapping at each other because of how busy it was and the fact that there was not enough of them working at the deli. We would have given them the benefit of the doubt but we saw another online order that wasnt meant to be ready until 6:45 come out before ours. We did not receive our order until 6:53. I understand that things happen and sometimes it gets busy but it was really unorganized and unprofessional and I dont think Ill be coming back to this location for anything.

Bakey unprofessional always have a attitudes. Today i was supposed to pick up a troll cake. But guess who didnt have them. They called the day of saying the cake couldnt be made because of the troll toy wont be here until next week. Then charged more for a regular #2 cake. The store manager said they look at online order the day of. Which is crazy because cake orders supposed to be in at least 24-48 hours before. Very unprofessional and deil gave me some very old orange chicken. After today i will not be returning. Thank you

I love the store and it gets 5 stars. The only thing is, there are always people panhandling when you are trying to get into the store. Tonight, some guy asking for money because he says its his daughters birthday tomorrow. He just got into a car thats newer than mine. Also, I usually see the same homeless man hanging around picking up discarded cigarettes and walking off around the side of the building. I dont feel very safe at this location.

I have been shopping at this store for several years and I would not go anyplace else. The service is wonderful, the employees are professional and polite. They will stop what they are doing to answer your questions and if they dont know the answer, they will find someone that does!!!! Thats excellent customer service!!!! Thank you all!!!
